One Rim with the Michelin pilot sport cup 2 tire, is are 3 kilograms lighter than the one 17 inch rim Klingon with Yokohama Advan Neova ad 08r tire. A set of 19-inch wheels with tires is lighter by 12kg.!!! 😯 The accelerating times should be better. We are just waiting for the next automotive event and for the closed section of the road.. 👍

@@k_s.m FWD or RWD do not matter when tuning. What matters is the cars purpose. You're talking about 0-100 which is completely uninteresting for a SAAB build. You can win the 0-100. And then 100-200 you will 90% of the time lose to a well tuned SAAB. Also not all roads are straight which makes 0-100 even more useless as a measurement. On top of that, there is no realistic situation where you race with someone 0-100 outside of drag racing. Almost all "normal" races and pulls start at a bare minimum of 70 kmh. I've smoked a hundred BMWs, Audis etc in my FWD swedish shitbox. You think you're fast until you're not. If you want to drift and drag race and ruin your transmission and clutch, SAAB is not for you.

@@muistamuistanen3149 you have a chance of making 5.4 with a really good launch and prepped surface, but insanly high powered fwd is at home 60-200, would probably smoke lots of cars with higher power but less flat power bands
The problem with saabs is that once You tune them above 300KM the amount of tune doesn't pay off on the road that much. a 400KM 9-5 won't make 0-100 faster than stage 1 280KM . They lose traction, and the only reason to tune'em is to make 100-200 quicker.

0-100 time won't change anyway :) You can't make it better than 5.5-5.8 no matter how many horsepower it has.

lots of guys that get high power out of saab engines run both, one on the turbo one on the downpipe to get as close to 0 backpressure as possible

Won't be ever faster than 5.7-6sec at best. Not possible to make it quicker on FWD no matter how many horsepower You have.
