    Great recipe! I noticed you poured water into the lid of the phin at the beginning and let it sit for a minute, then poured it in afterwards. Is that a trick to keep the sediment out of the coffee?

      I do this so the coffee powder can rise slowly before adding more water. And then the coffee will be extracted in the best way😄. Thanks for visiting

    I mean - Vietnamese coffee is one of the best coffees for me. but this salty coffee this year in Vietnam was a revellation. i will try your receipe for sure.

    Thank you so much for all your coffee videos. I just opened a coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City. I know how to make Western style coffee but am new to Viet coffees. You really helped me with your recipes.

    You should try to skip the salt and add a salted butter. Now you got something crazy.

    I tried salted coffee this summer and it blow my mind I would like to make it again at home but I can't understand what type of cream it is, can you explain it to me? Many thanks 😊

      My guess is that it’s just normal heavy cream🤷‍♀️
