    Master Yang,
Here is my question for next week’s Q&A….
In this presentation you again refer to the Great Elixir (Da Dan). In the Q&A from 5/15/21 you utilize the primary reference book `Da Cheng Jie Yao’ (Great Achievement Method). You identify the three types of Elixirs: Jin Dan (Golden Elixir), Shen Dan (Divine Elixir) and Da Dan (Great Elixir). At 20:38 min. in that Q&A you mention that within each level there are three types of elixirs as well for a total of nine levels. What are the three subtype elixirs in each of Jin Dan/Shen Dan/Da Dan levels?
Since you have the primary reference of `Da Cheng Jie Yao’, are those 3 subtype elixirs listed there for each of the three elixir levels?
    Thank you for your consideration.

Questions for the next Q&A session:
    1. How can we know if we are experiencing (feeling) Prenatal energy or Post natal when we are practicing?
    2. Does practicing Tai-chi can cause Pelvic prolapse or pelvic floor prolapse? Especially in women? If there is a person with pelvic floor prolapse, can tai chi help recovering from it?
    3. I have another question that I post in a comment in your previous video (70). Thank you Sensei Yang!

Hello Master Yang. Thanks for the interesting and helpful video. If you imagine a Master mastering all three internal styles perfectly, it is obvious that in a real fight, he will move automatically. Using a certain general framework that has developed over the years of practice. In such a case, it is obvious that Lou's frame is right about the "tail of the dog". I believe that in combination with the regulation of hui yin and breathing (especially inhalation), the coccyx becomes, as it were, a dynamic center of gravity for the dan tian. Some kind of pump that helps filling and generating strength. As well as a stabilizer for the movement of dan tian and fa jin in any atomic plane, regardless of style

    Master Yang,
    At time stamp 25:17 on,
    You mentioned in passing
    An art called:
    Yin Yang Ba Pan Zhang,
Which " predated" Ba gua (?!?)
Upon looking up ( online ) what little I could find on this art,
I began to wonder whether Tung Han Chuan
    Knew of it or even
    Learned this art form.
    Any thoughts on this subject?

Master Yang, another masterfully produced knowledge-based video!
I’ve a question: what is the clearest sign that a practitioner has successfully generated the golden elixir, i.e. what should one look out for to know the elixir has started and change ones practices to refine it? Highly appreciating all the work that you’re doing for the Xiu Tao community! 🙏😊☯️

    Dear Master Yang,
    Very informative as usual!
I think I understand and recognize your explanation on coccyx training in Ba Gua, Xingyi and Tai Chi. But how is this applied in Xingyi Baguazhang? As being a combination style?
Our Xingyi Baguazhang circle form has 8 parts (8 palms) with in between neutral 8 steps - palm change - 8 steps circle walking routines. I notice that during the neutral circle stepping parts coccyx out increases speed, but when the techniques are applied coccyx in gives more stability and power.
What is the correct way in Xingyi Baguazhang? Or is it dynamic/ always changing like in Ba Gua?
    Best regards,
    Jeroen

Hello Master Yang. Question: At one time, I read in several sources that as soon as the Qing Dynasty, after its invasion of China, tightened the order and it became forbidden for civilians to carry long-handled weapons, Ji Long Feng invented his own version of the Ji Zhua Lian hooks. Does this weapon (and its modifications) reflect the technique of the early Xinyiliuhe?

I don't understand at all, what's exactly upward, downward and backward in that case? What's the difference between those positions and the natural coccyx position (like when we are standing or walking normally). And about the head traction, i tried it and didn't feel anything in the coccyx... Maybe i did it wrongly

Or did they both make it based on Zhang san fengs 13 postures.
