- Here is another perspective from a person who cleared his AFK exam in first attempt with score of 91, in first attempt, without joining any course. After speaking with Deepinder, I strongly believe that yes, you can study and clear this exam without joining any course, if you convert your studies into some sort of motivation. For Deepinder, that motivation may be use of technology like iPad, what about you?

If we pass AFK ,
We go for ACJ ACS
OR we go for DDS…both will take another 1-2years ..so mean while can we work as associate dentist and earn good amount for survival …

hi, can you clear my doubt, when I Searched for dental decks online. I found only decks 1 and 2 which is for NBDE not for NDEB, but you showed picture of dental decks which was for NDB . If you can guide me on which one is better to buy.
Hi Dharati, dental decks are for NBDE (USA) only. They have limited role in NDEB (Canada) exam. But it is considered to be foundational when preparing for either dentistry exams.

What if you dont have any textbooks? Is there any e books we can download?
Although, purchasing your own textbook is recommended; I believe you can find some free textbooks online with a quick google search.

Yes, my exam was in USask campus. I don't see why it wouldn't happen there again.
I have studied BDS way back in 2005-10. Then I changed my field. Now I want to go for NDEB. So basically I have no practical knowledge of dentistry apart from BDS practicals and internship. What do you suggest?
