Pineapple on pizza is great if and only if it's done correctly. The pineapple needs to be grilled in slices before being diced for the topping, and it should be added halfway through cooking the pizza to prevent soggage from the juices. The way most US places do it is "Dice pineapple, toss on the pie at the start of cooking". It only works if the pineapple is lightly caramelized (do not fry it, grill it. Or bake it a bit on a rack so juices can seep out).
I honestly like all kinds of pizza as well, but i mostly love pepperoni. Though I still don't understand why Pineapple pizza is sometimes disliked, but to each their own

Pizza sauce is Marinara sauce, just thickened up.

Hi, I've tried making stuffed crust twice but the crust always explodes and leak so I'm left with a hollow crust 😢 Any ideas what I've done wrong?
Make sure you're sealing it after you fold it over. Hopefully that will help so it doesn't leak out.

She said 400 degrees but I would think about 15 mins or until the bottom is golden brown
