That was prety smart of Larian. They included the mandatory trans character and basically noone will know wihout this very specific choice (thar removes a good vendor from BG) or watching youtube videos.
@@kaliax5356 so, when you complete shadowheart's personal quest and eitber clear or take over the Sharr chapter in BG you meet her female friend from childhood . The ONLY way to know she is trans is if you give her this specific uniquenitem before (shenjust looks a bit too modern for the setting, with colored hair, etc), and the game has 0 prompt for it, the obviois choices are to givenit to either the dwarf with dementia or his wife qho is a quest giver. I guess they just HAD to tick that box but really were not thay enthusiastic.
