Converter that comes with the phones doesn't work but externally purchased converter works like i purchase from amazon portronics converter for rs.249 and it works. But the thing is any type of 3.5mm earphone with this converter I use, noise cancellation is at the peak level,so the sound quality is not good.
Is investing initially in the Hollyland Lark M2 a good decision, or should I go with the Greenaro P12 for a wireless collar mic for Android? 2 problems here - 1. I don't think there is a refund option from amazon if I bought the p12 and didn't like it 2. With budget constraints, there is no other option to experiment.

many mics doesn't work , there is a cheap mic from the same brand that works , you may watch that in video
