National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is issued to citizens of Pakistan who are residing abroad and are national of a country which has a dual nationality arrangement with Pakistan.
Any citizen of Pakistan can apply for NICOP and can travel to Pakistan without requiring a visa.

I was born in Riyadh, Saudi I have birth certificate of Riyadh. I am 21+ and I have Cnic/Snic but now i am having trouble with my place of birth confusion while submitting documents for bank accounts and passport. It shows pakistani citizen in system but when place of birth is to be filled it says to write place of birth which is in NADRA records but there is no option for foregin city. And in Nadra its written Saudi. And I dont have Passport. I am confused what to do now? Can I file application for Nicop or POC? Please answer brother what to do now? I want Passport urgently

Hi, I have a question. We're living in the US on a J visa. we have been here since 2020. My and my wife's NICs are expired for more than a year but our passports are valid. Our elder daughter's passport is now expired but we can not get it renewed because the Pakistani consulate asks for our NICs. NOW, should we apply for NIC at NADRA's website or NICOP. again, we're not US citizens or on work visas, we're here on a non-resident visa. Hello, I am & UK + Pak National. I renewed my NICOP, in April 2023 and recently i received from NADRA Pak National Identity Card NIC (it does not say overseas Pakistani any more?) yes country of stay says UK. So have i recieved correct NIC? or i should have recieved NICOP? or NICOP format is changed now they send NIC? pls pls help, thank you.

سر میں نے F R C کیلئے اپلائ کیا تھا انہوں نے میسج کیا ہے کہا کہ آپ کا بیٹا اب 18 سال کا ہو گیا ہے پہلے اسکا I D کارڈ بنوائیں. پھر F R C ایشو ہو گا. مجھے FRC ارجنٹ چاہیے تھا. کوئی طریقہ ہے مجھے FRC ارجنٹ مل جاے.
