I recommend you to check The Real Club de Puerto Hierro in Madrid, 🇪🇸. It’s even more exclusive, they haven’t accepted anyone in the past 50 years, not even paying a lot of money. Amancio Ortega applied but was denied, for it is a club only for old money and old bloodlines, it has it’s origin in The Royal Family, and only successors of Aristocrats are members. It is also quite expensive

That’s good and all but most of these clubs you have to be a important figure not just rich or they don,t seek people out you have the apply . Also the really good ones look for elite people and don,t just go to people with money.

I’m a member of the arts club in London. It’s nice but not super amazing in my opinion, esp if you’re already familiar with high end restaurants/hotels etc. There’s actually much better, more exclusive clubs in London which are WAY harder to get into and most don’t even know about them as they’re not advertised online.
Would you recommend the arts club?

George Skourgias yeah, I would recommend it, it is nice. Hard to get into unless you know people or work in specific industries. You need two referrals from existing members and then you have to be accepted by the committee as well
Dear Aluxer, I have worked as a waiter in the Australian Club in Sydney on a number of occasions. I have also visited the Tollygunge Club in Kolkata and I find it to be better then the Australian Club. In fact, as far as heritage goes the Tollygunge Club is miles ahead of the Australian Club. Another fantastic club that deserves to be on your list is the Willingdon Club in Mumbai. Infact, you would be surprised to know that India has a number of clubs that go back a 120 years or more.

I’m a member of the Carnegie Club, and I live in London. The arts club is a long way from being the most exclusive club in London clubs like 5 Hartford street, Annabel’s and Whites are much more exclusive. But they are more careful with what they put online so I understand why you may have missed them
I’m from London and a member of the arts club. I agree, it’s nice but not THAT nice. Annabels I would say is on the same level. Exclusive to the general public, but not that hard to get into if you know who to talk to. 5 Hertford Street is definitely way more exclusive and hard to get into. Also there’s a few others that aren’t even known to general public. Mega old money only.
B 888 I agree with you on Hartford street I didn’t have to go through all the process when I joined because I used to live next door to the owner so I know him well and I was offered a membership before it actually opened. Annabel’s used to be harder to get into but it’s got easier since Richard Caring brought it
2 Slaza I’ve been to Annabels a few times but never been 5 Hertford, what’s it like? Lucky you! Whites is definitely extremely exclusive. The royal family go there. But most aren’t aiming for that type of crowd anyway.
B 888 5 Hartford street is wonderful I’ve met some amazing people there and it’s a great place to hangout with friends, I’ve been to most of the London clubs and Hartford street is definitely the best as far as service, exclusivity and networking go. It’s a good mix of old money, intelligent new money and creatives, if you ever get a chance definitely come.
The rosedale club in Toronto, absolutely beautiful! I would look for tennis courts and an amazing restaurant and bar!
