Most of the middle class wont have 1.50cr for sure but If u have it with u. Simply buy a 2-3bhk flat for 50-70L(used atleast) in a decent area (not in kokapet or kondapur or any hills for sure). Choose a village and buy 1 or 2acres of land worth 50L. And buy a 20L car/bike or anything which makes u happy (if necessary). The remaining 10-20L will be ur savings for which the banks will pay u some interest. Finally, a 50k to 1L per month job or watever decent income u make would be really fine with the above investments. Sriman anna explains things perfectly, but believe me.. Richies life is totally different from a middle class life.

In 2016 the 4bhk costed 2cr.including all taxes. And in property tax , maitanence etc., i've paid around 10 to 12 lakhs so over all lets consider max amount 2.5 cr including my interiors cost In 2024 the same flat is at 8 cr. We've sold it on 19th july. This property i'm talking about is Myhome bhooja.

Suppose if someone purchased it for X price,problem is after 10 years,If someone want to sell..why would anyone want to buy x+1 price for old apartment. They can get brand new one for same rates. Plot and agricultre can grow.

If you don’t have business to stay towards west, you can always get one in other directions of the city. Don’t just go for fancy high rise, as they are trending everywhere. If you don’t have a job or business on west and if purpose solves where you stay anywhere in the city, stay where you can have it in an affordable place with only 20% as down payment and invest the rest.
Or better to Buy a open plot in 300 sqyrds construct 8 3bhk flats at the top construct your own douplex 4bhk with roof top garden THE Rentals from 3bhk's flats will go off 's your property EMI Electrical fencings and Watchmen is your security...it's one of the good investment

Apartment prices will go up but buyes are less.

Plot resale value is not same as the which ventures sale . I have a plot near maheswaram . The venture owners are selling for 20k per sq yard. People are intrested to buy plots only through venture owners not previous plot owners . Some of my venture plot owners trying to sell land but they are getting proposals of 10k per sq yard like that ...........im not saying plot is a bad investment but dont expect much in short term .......we need to hold at least for 15 years

Agreed doesn't make any sense to put 5cr or even 2 crore for a high rise without any infrastructure and byproduct is getting serious fevers in rainy season and healthe issues with stress. But just to protect yourself from inflation find a rural area and 10 of your friends build a simple 2 bedroom house for 50 lakhs with out any luxury interior and put rest in the market. By the time you retire in 20 to 25 years city expands and you have your own house and nice corpus in the market. You guys can chill around the country without any tension and health issues.😂

I think we always value our flat at certain price ( in crores) but when you try to sell, you will get the heat, try out once. In Hyderabad many flats are vacant and builders are struggling to sell them. Where you stay is 8-9k and the price will fall based on the age of the property.

Investing 30% of your money as down payment for the flat and 70% in market as investment will be better because you dont miss out on both fields. But buy a flat below 1.5 cr to be on safe side
Try to look properties at Tellapur everything is HMDA approved has lakes 4-5 international schools. Ventures like Myhome, Urjith Vision, Aditya, Rajapushpa and many more. Future of Hyderabad is Tellapur not Kokapet.
