These screen protectors are junk, don't fit 22 Tacoma sr, don't know what yr yours is but mine came to small for radio,to big for instrument panel, the only one close was around the shorter and it's not perfect, I am going to look at the hard screen, after I get a refund from these loser's
Thanks Jesse, just purchased for my 2020 Taco. This is an issue. I first read about this at TW. Folks are actually removing their instrument cluster screens and replacing them with new OEM ones. Fine off roading dust, dirt & grime are heavily scratching the instrument cluster screen when cleaning. My truck is 3 weeks old and I want to keep the mint condition of all 3 screens. The extra sheets are actually $7,00. Total $92 shipped to Canada. Very expensive! However, If this works, to me it will be worth it for as long as I own the Truck. Thanks for the vid! Great job.

How does the gauge cluster get so scratched? I bought mine used it has a decent amount on it. My old fj cruiser had zero, just don’t know how people manage to do that

It’s normal to have bubbles/ or a hazy film for about 24 hours it’s just the glue setting but yes they should go away as long as it was installed properly you should be fine you’ll
I have a question --- are you spraying both sides of the protector or just the outside prior to applying it? (Like your video! thanks. I'll be putting one on my nice brand new un-abused Tacoma.)
So for best installation you want to spray down the area u r gna apply it at for example (radio screen) then on the protector itself you want to spray down the sticky side (the part where u removed the white film from) spray that side of the protector make sure everything is wet/moist then install having it wet just allows you to move it around into position then u can use the squeegee to actually take the water out and then with microfiber towel u can dry out the rest that got spread out and ur done

It's 50 bucks for a couple pieces of plastic, a cheap towel and spray......they should just offer the protectors only...seems way over priced
The way I figure is some people spend about the same price for good screen protector for their phones...so why not protect the screens on a 40K truck?

As long as you cleaned the surface off and did it in a low lint area yes they should disappear along with the hazy screen

The third gen Tacoma plastic are super sensitive. I have a 99 Tacoma with no scratch on it.
My 2018 cluster cover was all scuffed up by wiping dust off with a micro fiber. I used some rubbing polish to fix it.
