You certainly get plenty of exercise only stopping to pay attention to the little things like insects and flowers. That is why your walks are so good.
Thank you and what a HIKE today! Even for a seasoned walker like you, it must have been taxing. When I estimate your walking pace and two hours at that speed, I think you did at least 10 km today? Taxing also because of the temp. Who knows what the humidity was like, probably around 80%? The highlight today was the royal tomb park. What a wonderful place of solitude in the middle of all that urban noise. RM has a song called, Seoul. The refrain goes: I love you Seoul, I hate you Seoul. Don't forget to put up your feet and take a deep breath. : )
