My first Studio Ghibli film was Spirited Away as well. We hired it from a movie store when I was an early teen. I fell in love immediately, much to my siblings disgust I probably watched that movie 10 times in the 7 days we had it. I’ve never lost my love for that movie, and my Studio Ghibli obsession is going on well over 15 years now. 😂
It is a true classic. I have it on DVD. Will be watching it again soon, thanks to you reminding me about it ✨👍🏻

So many good books and we have a few of the same books too! I did invest in the hardcover Avatar graphic novels, The Promise, etc. I highly recommend! I have many many more single artist books. Most books are just single page artworks, but sometimes they mix in sketches too! So much fun! I hope you have your own book someday, I guess I want to say YOUR own Art Book! Woo Hoo, you go Baylee!!!

46:07 actually baylee i think you did very well with capturing that coloring style with markers. Not once during that book's flipthrough did I see a difference in skill between you and that artist. You have a different drawing style, so yeah it looks different, but if you really wanted to, you could totally recreate the same look.

I can't tell you how hard it is to find art books that have development sketches in them and not just screencaps but looking at your collection I found a few that I'm really adamant on buying! I used to watch parkablogs for it but he doesn't do a lot of movie artbooks now....So thank you!

All of your books are amazing. I'm definitely gonna check them out. There were a lot of books I saw that I would like to buy. I don't have any art books and I would like to collect them. The only things I collect are Funko pops, pins, and coloring books. I also would like to start collecting the children's books because the artwork is always so beautiful. And even though I would like to be a children's book illustrator, I'm also interested in animation. I've seen a lot of beautiful ones at Vroman's and Target.

My favourite artist is Patrick Brown, his digital work is just awesome, I think he does all the work for GTA, he does work for Marvel and DC I think but his comic stuff is awesome!..
