The bigger chargeport isn’t for a security lock, it’s to accommodate the bigger CCS port in Europe and Asia and to streamline the production of cars for different markets.

Do you recommend FSD? My 2022 Model S just got to my local dealership- preparing for delivery now. Locked in FSD at $10k about a year ago... Thanks!
I do not recommend FSD - it’s not worth it imo
You have to drive safe to then get into the beta program and who knows when you will be eligible.
I'm on my 2nd Model 3, but now considering Model S. I might find the Model S to be too big. Since you've owned both, what is your feeling on this?
The MS is definitely a longer vehicle, but you get used to it quickly!
I currently have a Red M3P. I ordered a Model S Long Range Red. But considering a change to Blue.
@@IdeaMusicKen I don't think that particular color change would affect your delivery time. I will have to test drive a model S to see if it's less fun that my model 3P. I was given a model S as a loaner a couple of years ago, and I liked it less than my model 3.
According to Teslas website the long range goes 0-60 in 3.1sec. Did you ever confirm?

To be clear, the TESLA Stealth is a performance vehicle & yet you bought a vehicle which has none of the refinements to enhance its performance & your enjoyment plus that would have made it safer on the road right?
I wanted the speed but without the gimmicks.

Affected by weather hot and cold, usually battery degradation to below 70% after 8 years or 100K miles, leads to the battery significantly losing its power. A $23.000 bill to replace a battery is insane, and each $1.500 service charge is beyond ridiculous.

@@DennisCW Experts suggest that EV batteries often last from 10-20 years or theoretically last forever. However, EV battery degradation to below 70% is bound to happen at some point depending on the driving habits, charging habits, speeds, the temperature, road conditions, and more. As a result, several federal regulations require manufacturers to warranty EV batteries for 8 years or 100,000 miles to ensure the batteries hold at least 70% capacity. In reality, a Finnish man's 2013 Tesla Model S after 8 years started showing error codes while the mileage display was less than 100,000 miles in December 2021, and the only fix was a $22,600 full battery replacement, which was half of the price the EV retails for, and his final choice was sadly to blow it up instead of footing the bill. Don't take my word for it. Look it up for yourself.
