Hi like your videos. This one looks great. On a white Glassblank, we need to apply a first epoxy coat with white Pigments? Or can we just apply a clear epoxycoat and starting with the marbeling? Thx
If I understand the question, on this particular one, I was using a satin black blank, I put a very light coat of clear epoxy down just to give my marbling pigments something to move in. Was this what you were asking?
Hello, thanks for the answer. I have a white fiberglass blank. I want to marbel it with the colors navy blue, green, turquoise and white. So I wanted to know if it is enough to apply a thin layer of epoxy and then marbel it? Or whether I have to pre-treat the blank with a primer or a white or blue layer of epoxy and then let it dry and then do the marbeling. Kindly
Oh no, you don’t have to primer it, just a light clear coat of epoxy to give your pigment something to move in, actually with it being a white blank, your pigments may show up more vivid. That color scheme sounds really nice! I’d love to see it when it’s done
Absolutley outstanding
Thank You 🎣
