Can anyone help guide me in the right direction to find grants for starting a new business for a 61 year old elderly woman on disability that's been through a real tough and life changing crime where she was held hostage and exploted and harms physically mentally and emotionally. Having her teeth kicked out, her attacker was sentenced to around 15- 20 years only in jail.... Plus he was left to freely turn himself in by another judge in another state for a similar crime and before he got caught after bejng let to attack another woman, he did and then was caught after a swat standoff... Please help me...

Hey you cannot make more than 40 K and still have an LLC. As a Business Coach, I would expect you to know that anything 40K and over a year would necessitate you to change to another entity, namely an S Corp that starts at 40K+ and runs to 3M a year before you need to change your entity again. @Digital78Native

LLC's have income caps of 40K. What do you have for businesses that earn more thana 40K a year? @Digital78Native

An S-Corp is not an entity but a tax status. You can have an LLC and be taxed as an S-Corp or any other tax status you’d like.

You can have an S Corp or you can have an LLC which has elected the tax status of S Corp.
