This is hands down the best predator hunting channel! I'm excited to watch every time I get the notification 👍 amazing footage and well done everytime 🤘🇺🇲
Fantastic stuff again guys, we use roof mounted White lights for calling Red Foxes here in Scotland and sometimes we call them right up to Shotgun distances.
Excellent video guys. Exactly the situation I encounter very often with my contract shooting. Small peri-urban landholds where a rim-fire is the only safe option. Amazing footage as always. Really enjoyed that one. 👌
I agree with this intro you never understand another hunters reason for setting his goal and as a proud Texas kid MY goal in my hunting life is to be like y'all consistent and have a great go at everything.
Great video! 👍🏼💪🏼 I had to send in my ScanPro to get fixed but my replacement is being delivered Tuesday! Can’t wait. I’ve been exhibiting symptoms of eye-shine withdrawal 😭
Cool video yet again! Some of my favorite red foxing is done very close to town amongst the houses. Sometimes only yards away from city limits which isn’t legal night hunting territory. 17 hornet is perfect for this application.
@@gamedinnah I’ve got a savage m25 in hornet, that’s been my go to! A week ago I scored an old 527 that’s gonna be a donor, sending it to PAC-Nor for a new barrel. Keep hammering gun broker cause Cz no longer makes the 527.
@@nt_wicked_bunch2717 CZ still does have some new ones that hit my local gun shop. They had 2 but the same guy bought both of them- probably went directly to GB with a 200% markup. I’ll have to try to get my hands on a Savage to try out. I’ve owned a couple but haven’t been too impressed with any of them. (except for an old 110E in 30-06). Just realizing too that they said rimfire only here so the hornet would be out. I’m sure you know that, but wanted to pout that out to any other readers. Guess I’ll stick with my CZ .243 for now with VERY careful shot placements on foxes. I’ve found that if I can hit them straight on I rarely get pass-through with those Sig varmint rounds - 55gr. Though I’ve had to do my share of sewing up hides the last couple years 😂
@@gamedinnah luckily I ended up scoring a 223 527 from gb for pretty cheap but it took 6 months of standing my ground on price. yeah this video is definitely rimfire only do to local restrictions. But for those that aren’t legally restricted and that hunt near houses the hornet is a fine option.
@@nt_wicked_bunch2717 I love my CZ. Bought my first, a 457 Lux in .22 about 3 years ago, now I own 5 lol. I grabbed that 512 in 22 mag- that’s a fun little piece!
Great to finally see you getting the chance to take some red foxes with excellent footage to boot. White lamps with red filters and using day scopes were our go to choice many years ago before night vision and thermal came along which a very high percentage are using these days but some are still getting them the 'old school' way. #FOXTAKERS
I used to watch you guys on sportsman channel and we got rid of are TV and I never knew you guys had a UA-cam channel!! Great content keep up the good work!!!
This is wild to me being a PA predator hunter and seeing them hard charge under white lights. I’m from York County PA. Y’all are welcome my way anytime!
So we have found 20 grain bullets out the 17wsm the way to go from foxes to coyotes. I have used your guys videos. To help tune myself at night and use new ideas
Ive shot 2 red foxes in my entire life one with a shotgun while chukar hunting with #7 1/2 shot and ive got footage, and the other with a 243 tore his hind leg and the rest of the hide was intact, i just got a thermal monocular in ready to hit the darkness
Traditional hunting with a red light is an art. Knowing how the red fox bounces helps identify him. I don’t think they will not come to white light (clearly shown in your video) it’s just PA tradition to hunt them this way. No thermal needed. Just a shotgun and headlamp. The red is generally a hard charger, no matter the light you use. Good footage as usual! Enjoy your hunts! Would love to see some hand call footage? Or do you guys only use E-calls ?
I like y’all but. The info on the 17 is BS if you gotta hunt rimfire you gotta cut you shot placement down from 2 inches to a half inch. But honestly a perfect shot would have been in the neck. I know TV hates those shots but. No animal deserves to be shot in the body by a rimfire. Head and neck shots will lock em up though. That particular round. Out to 300 probably
Not trying to bust chops too much here but that’s a really odd argument. How is an animal anymore “deserving” of a neck shot than a body shot. If you poke a hole through and animals’ lungs they will die and a foxes lungs aren’t 1/2”. Neck shots, though effective, can be problematic for obvious reasons. You also have to consider that they’re hunting with snow on the ground- tracking is only a matter of walking.
This is better than any outdoors program airing today, you guys don’t get the credit you deserve, keep up the great work!!
The transition at the beginning where you go from what looks like a ir view to color is so pretty to watch
Very nice report and I am following your channel from Iraq
Ya'll boy's ant no joke, wow, I beat that gets the heart bumping. Thank you for all the videos
*Night Crew* Bravo well done, thank-you for taking the time to bring us along. God Bless.
Lol not even all the blessings in the world will save their souls.
This is hands down the best predator hunting channel!

Do you have a video on the light system you're currently using? You talk about a lot in the video, but never show it or describe it.

What lights do you use?
Amen
