You can tell just from the sound of their voices that the next 21 races are definitely going to be a grind.
I would just quit now if I were them.
I hope Gragson & Berry, with thier crew chiefs, go to FRM. Brisco to the #21.
I can see Berry and Gragson finding a good ride, Briscoe could too, but I feel like he fell a bit flat when he moved up to Cup. But there might be a team out there willing to give him a shot too, big or small. Obviously Front Row is gonna have an open seat when McDowell leaves
You can tell they didnt even interview Ryan Preece, because they know he has a 0% chance of getting a ride anywhere.

He can probably get a ride as a substitute school bus driver, they are always hiring.
I don’t like Preece, but he isn’t THAT bad. He’s at least better than the guys RWR would put in their cars before Justin Haley stepped in
@@LOOKBEHINDYOUN0W I’m not saying he’s bad at racing cars, but he’s just not cut out for the cup series. SHR is a top funded elite team that has won championships. RWR is the lowest funded full time team in cup. That’s not saying much. He’s still a talented race car driver obviously, but he’s just not cup talent in mosts opinion. He won’t find a ride next year in cup. No way.
Tony Stewart was one of my favorite people but I’m pretty disappointed in him right now. Brings in Berry and Gregson and then rams one up their backsides
Still put them in cup cars and gave them the spotlight for other potential cup teams they could go to. Maybe it’s because the talent pool is dry right now in the lower series (besides Corey Heim), but they definitely will be the first to move around in silly season

If good offer I would go. Absolutely Tony ain't worried about feeding his kid. Pay bonuses out of those big charter sales for those who stay.

@@ensignstephens6307 I disagree. It is pretty much a 4th Penske car. Ryan Blaney won a race in it & Paul Menard & Matt DiBenedetto made the playoffs in it. Harrison Burton has struggled since he moved up to the Cup series.
Matt Dibendetto was in the chase few years ago. It was his 1st year in the 21. Chase would be a huge improvement for Woods. They can't finish a race now. I think Chase would be better in 21. Im a KB fan and I'd like to see Berry or Gragson come over to RCR personally. Either 3rd charter or rid of Dillon.

How can you say that they tried but ford didn’t want them any more making sure other ford teams didn’t share data and not getting the same engines as the others they tried but with lack of sponsors and no manufacturer support there was no their option

It’s still crazy how far a top Ford team can fall, just because of a new car they couldn’t figure out.

It's funny how Preece keeps getting left out of the SHR driver interviews.
These guys could be really motivated to push the limits the rest of the season. Could be good, could be bad, either way it could be fun to watch

Love social media, people with no vested interest in the business weighing in being negative. How about the positive that SHR has done for people?? Opportunity they gave for employees to grow their own experience and build their own name. Gene and Tony lives change and felt they were doing a disservice to the team so they make the hard decision to let the business go and not drag their once front running team down to a field filler organization and ruining the employees
Well when your owners don’t care and one of them is focused on going in a strait line. Don’t expect your employees care. I see them struggling the rest of year

Money pit for sponsors, and i'm sure it hasn't been a ball of fire for
smoke or the other owner/owners.
Will be one of the smartest things he ever did, sell it all.
They’ve won a lot of races in the last 5 years, but all of the wins except for one was by Kevin Harvick. The only current driver to ever win a race for them was chase briscoe who somehow won one race in 2022.

Nascar has refused to go over templates they set for each manufacturer in the name of competition, most Ford teams and sponsors will be gone by the end of the year nascar making room for more foreign manufacturers.

These guys were just all Second tier drivers..Had to see this coming when Harvick left. With the decline of Nascar and how Nascar is ran so stupidly ,Stewart Haas is gone before it all hits rock bottom

Nope, JR Motorsports will not pay for the charter. I was a tire specialist for Justin Allgaier in 2005 in the Truck Series.
