A bit ago when I was playing through the game listening to the ost I was near thag point so I'd met Vandham wanting no spoilers and I looked at a sad RPG song in a game about fighting I should have known not to check
I never got around to the dlc back in the day so I beat Torna for the first time a couple of days ago and seeing the titan die to this felt heavy. All the people dying. It's also a bit of a mess up since in the main game, the titan corpse is literally next to the world tree.
True, it might have been a mess up. But who knows? Torna could have drifted through the cloud sea toward the world tree as it sank. Hard to say just how deep it had to go, so it may not have gone straight down that whole time.
Mystery Dungeon Explorers already has a phenomenal OST. If those games get remastered, it probably would sound something like this... that's something beautiful worth thinking about.
It's the sound that fallen heroes make. That is why we cry. Desolation in musical perfection. Humbling.
This music combined with the death of Vandham is one of the many Xenoblade 2 moment that made me cry

Currents people. And 500 years to rot/fossilize. The womb and the area next to it is the _only_ remains left.
Imagine Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers with these emotional music tracks.
Holy shit, that would be intense.
These games are so... Waouh beautiful and sad memories...

Imagine Danganronpa with this music at the right moments. Oof, that would make me cry way too much.

I'm no expert but the internet seems the most probable suspect.
