Especially due to a personality like Wendy, she doesn’t like to show emotion, so it must have been so hard for her to process all of that, then her mom passed and there was a pandemic… it’s just too much all at one time, so I don’t blame her for using alcohol to mask everything.
Why does the host say that the guardian has no "skin in the game?" When the guardian is absolutely getting paid handsomely and is free to take liberties with Wendy's money? The whole system is a sham and I say this because I work in the healthcare industry and deal with extremely wealthy elderly clients and I see the awful injustices that happen to people with regards to guardianship day in and day out. I don't understand why is the family complacent with not being allowed to know Wendy's whereabouts? Did the guardian get a restraining order against the family? From what I know -whenever a person get's a diagnosis of "dementia" and the courts place a guardian over that person, it is next to impossible to have it reversed. I've dealt with a client who also had a diagnosis of "alcohol related dementia and she was placed in a 20K per month Assisted Living Facility and after a year she got completely sober and rational. The client begs to be released and she confided that it is outrageous that the guardian would place her in such an expensive but low quality place and the client has no way to stop the guardian from spending her money. The poor client has not been released yet and will probably rot in that Assisted Living Facility with no chance of being released while the guardian is selling off her artwork, and spending her money freely, at her own discretion. This is so serious and I pray for Wendy that she will be able to escape and return to her family and have her money returned to her and her family.
Way before my time and not into the music, however Brian Wilson from The Beach Boys went through pure he11 in the guardianship land. There is a documentary out there. The man was a musical genius and was treated like an animal and exploited in the worst way. She needs her family and hopefully they’re decent people.

if Wendy truly has been diagnosed with any form of dementia it is safe to say that we will probably never see Wendy in real time ever again. There is no cure for dementia and its progression varies person to person. My father who granted was a lot older than Wendy when he was diagnosed with dementia progressed at a steady pace. Within 5 years and due to the typical falls with dementia patients he passed away. I wouldn't wish this disease on anyone. It is terrible that the family the media and Wendy's handlers are exploiting her and this disease like they are. I hope Wendy is able to function in the best way she can and that the gets the support from the people that genuinely care about her.

Her brother is not rambling he's really trying not to break down because dementia does take a toll on people's mental. It sucks seeing your loved one go down hill so fast and dementia is a disease that is very rapid. It's always good for them to be around family because believe it or not, they go backwards all the way to child hood.

Her family my not know where she's at. When my sister was taken from her home and put into a nursing home because of her husband. I called the nursing home I was told I'm not allowed to talk about why she's there. I was treated like a stranger off the street. I was told why she was there by her in home care giver who I'm sure could have been fired for telling me. It's the same when my nephew went to foster care because of his father and stepfather. The rest of the family are treating like they did something wrong. Thanks to foster care for keeping family away my nephew while in foster care committed suicide.
Unfortunately via the nice they do not know where she is😮 they can't ask Wendy where she is because she does not know where she is😮 she is getting her mind together and talking back but she literally does not know if she's in New York Los Angeles only the guardian knows where she is this time. As for Wendy and her brother's relationship Wendy was mad at anybody who was trying to stop her from indulging in her abusive habits. I think WE loosing her show especially after losing her marriage especially after losing her mom… cut her to the bone. That is a great loss for someone who has also throughout her life kept pushing and pushing with her career and made things for her self on her terms and she cleared a path for herself to have a platform. She built that for herself. Many go through life struggle for things to be given to them or created for them. She made her way. Period. No one can deny that. She did it in her way. She misses her mother and way more than she misses that awful ex husband of hers who should have been there for her through this transition and inflection point of both loosing her mom and can’t say the show because she may not have lost her show. Some people say this is karma for the way you talked about people (well the way you spoke the truth about them).. I remember on one of your shows about Diddy (that I use to record on my DVR) you told Cassie to run! Run far away as she can. Too bad she didn't listen. She spoke of Method man which was nipped in the bud quickly. All in all Wendy did her job, her hot topics were on point and to the point!!!! So for people to come for her saying karma came for her, thats what she gets etc. Well I beg to differ!!! When that no good husband of hers had that baby and her mom died those two things took Wendy over the edge and tore her apart. So to say that karma cane for her is a lie! They need a reality show, showing strength and courage of a family who goes through this with a loved one. My M-in-law has this and it’s new to us all. This last month had been hard for the family and the Documentary really hit home and showed us what to expect and we are not alone 😞 my 19 year old son is her primary caretaker and he is so amazing at redirecting her when she gets frustrated. When she doesn’t recognize him, he turns his body to the wall 😂stays quiet until she is comfortable in letting him in. When she wakes up crying he sits and holds her hand. He talks to her about her childhood and god has blessed her to have an amazing grandson. I’m proud of him. I really opened my eyes after seeing this Doc.

I really appreciate this interview because when I watched the documentary there was something about Wendy’s brother that truly worked my nerves! Maybe I was too hasty to judge. Bottom line is my heart goes out to Wendy. I just want her to treated with dignity and respect 💕
This is definitely a case of a broken heart. Some die from it others lose their mind. My great aunt lost her mind when they took her husband away and put him in a home where he died. She literally lost her mind and shortly after died. She went from this happy strong woman to lost and sad when he was taken away but when he died she died right after. Her whole from the time that she was a teenager it was her husband, her sister and her husband in the same house together until their 70’s and my great grandmother stuck around for a few years but she was lonely even with her son, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Grandma’s husband died before I was born and she was fine until her sister passed away. I say all of that to say you can absolutely break and even die from a broken heart which is a real diagnosis.
At this point, Wendy has done enough of being on tv and in the public. She really needs to slow dwn and hopefully an sensible judge can clear her family to look after her and move to FL, which is one of the top medical states in America so she can get the help she needs and just settle down and if life allows it at best,she can get help writing a book of her thoughts and experiences or create a lil UA-cam channel or personal podcast where she can sit and talk, while not being obligated by contracts and have a stable life with her Son and family. No more outsiders.

Why does the host say that the guardian has no "skin in the game?" When the guardian is absolutely getting paid handsomely and is free to take liberties with Wendy's money? The whole system is a sham and I say this because I work in the healthcare industry and deal with extremely wealthy elderly clients and I see the awful injustices that happen to people with regards to guardianship day in and day out. I don't understand why is the family complacent with not being allowed to know Wendy's whereabouts? Did the guardian get a restraining order against the family? From what I know -whenever a person get's a diagnosis of "dementia" and the courts place a guardian over that person, it is next to impossible to have it reversed. I've dealt with a client who also had a diagnosis of "alcohol related dementia and she was placed in a 20K per month Assisted Living Facility and after a year she got completely sober and rational. The client begs to be released and she confided that it is outrageous that the guardian would place her in such an expensive but low quality place and the client has no way to stop the guardian from spending her money. The poor client has not been released yet and will probably rot in that Assisted Living Facility with no chance of being released while the guardian is selling off her artwork, and spending her money freely, at her own discretion. This is so serious and I pray for Wendy that she will be able to escape and return to her family and have her money returned to her and her family.

The man was a musical genius and was treated like an animal and exploited in the worst way. She needs her family and hopefully they’re decent people.

if Wendy truly has been diagnosed with any form of dementia it is safe to say that we will probably never see Wendy in real time ever again. There is no cure for dementia and its progression varies person to person. My father who granted was a lot older than Wendy when he was diagnosed with dementia progressed at a steady pace. Within 5 years and due to the typical falls with dementia patients he passed away. I wouldn't wish this disease on anyone. It is terrible that the family the media and Wendy's handlers are exploiting her and this disease like they are. I hope Wendy is able to function in the best way she can and that the gets the support from the people that genuinely care about her.

Her brother is not rambling he's really trying not to break down because dementia does take a toll on people's mental. It sucks seeing your loved one go down hill so fast and dementia is a disease that is very rapid. It's always good for them to be around family because believe it or not, they go backwards all the way to child hood.

Her family my not know where she's at. When my sister was taken from her home and put into a nursing home because of her husband. I called the nursing home I was told I'm not allowed to talk about why she's there. I was treated like a stranger off the street. I was told why she was there by her in home care giver who I'm sure could have been fired for telling me. It's the same when my nephew went to foster care because of his father and stepfather. The rest of the family are treating like they did something wrong. Thanks to foster care for keeping family away my nephew while in foster care committed suicide.

I think WE loosing her show especially after losing her marriage especially after losing her mom… cut her to the bone. That is a great loss for someone who has also throughout her life kept pushing and pushing with her career and made things for her self on her terms and she cleared a path for herself to have a platform. She built that for herself. Many go through life struggle for things to be given to them or created for them. She made her way. Period. No one can deny that. She did it in her way. She misses her mother and way more than she misses that awful ex husband of hers who should have been there for her through this transition and inflection point of both loosing her mom and can’t say the show because she may not have lost her show. But either way she is is awesome and her brother and sister love love lover her. You can tell they were raised well and this was a strong family with great values and that’s why Ww has mad it as far as she has come. God bless her and her family. ❤

Now he's second-guessing his original perspective, and lining it up with Wendy's desire to return to work in some way, shape form. I don't trust him. The reason the court appointed a guardian is because no one in her inner circle, family included, can be trusted to act in Wendy's best interest, even when that means not doing precisely what Wendy wants when Wendy wants. it. The power of NO was just not there outside the guardianship. And when you're talking about someone's life savings, financial obligations, medical care, etc., there is no room to eff it up.

Some people say this is karma for the way you talked about people (well the way you spoke the truth about them).. I remember on one of your shows about Diddy (that I use to record on my DVR) you told Cassie to run! Run far away as she can. Too bad she didn't listen. She spoke of Method man which was nipped in the bud quickly. All in all Wendy did her job, her hot topics were on point and to the point!!!! So for people to come for her saying karma came for her, thats what she gets etc. Well I beg to differ!!! When that no good husband of hers had that baby and her mom died those two things took Wendy over the edge and tore her apart. So to say that karma cane for her is a lie! They need a reality show, showing strength and courage of a family who goes through this with a loved one. My M-in-law has this and it’s new to us all. This last month had been hard for the family and the Documentary really hit home and showed us what to expect and we are not alone 😞 my 19 year old son is her primary caretaker and he is so amazing at redirecting her when she gets frustrated. When she doesn’t recognize him, he turns his body to the wall 😂stays quiet until she is comfortable in letting him in. When she wakes up crying he sits and holds her hand. He talks to her about her childhood and god has blessed her to have an amazing grandson. I’m proud of him. I really opened my eyes after seeing this Doc.

I really appreciate this interview because when I watched the documentary there was something about Wendy’s brother that truly worked my nerves! Maybe I was too hasty to judge. Bottom line is my heart goes out to Wendy. I just want her to treated with dignity and respect 💕
This is definitely a case of a broken heart. Some die from it others lose their mind. My great aunt lost her mind when they took her husband away and put him in a home where he died. She literally lost her mind and shortly after died. She went from this happy strong woman to lost and sad when he was taken away but when he died she died right after. Her whole from the time that she was a teenager it was her husband, her sister and her husband in the same house together until their 70’s and my great grandmother stuck around for a few years but she was lonely even with her son, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Grandma’s husband died before I was born and she was fine until her sister passed away. I say all of that to say you can absolutely break and even die from a broken heart which is a real diagnosis.
At this point, Wendy has done enough of being on tv and in the public. She really needs to slow dwn and hopefully an sensible judge can clear her family to look after her and move to FL, which is one of the top medical states in America so she can get the help she needs and just settle down and if life allows it at best,she can get help writing a book of her thoughts and experiences or create a lil UA-cam channel or personal podcast where she can sit and talk, while not being obligated by contracts and have a stable life with her Son and family. No more outsiders.
I do agree that she needs a real break. No TV networks prying into her private life/personal business. She just needs the best care and focus on being as well as possible.
