Dimash wrote this song at age 19. It was written in his language Kazakh. To pay respect for the Chinese audience he had a translator put parts in Chinese in his own song. This is a love song, but not weird, very elegant and epic!

Apparently, Dimash was really ill the day of this filming. He was having a great deal of throat pain and that afternoon his doctor had to give him throat injections. After the song he was seen wincing in pain. You could tell at one point, later on in the song, he wanted to hit a whistle note, but aborted it at the last moment. (He had been advised by his doctor to take care of his voice as much as possible during the performance.) What a trooper!

From the search of the meaning and translation of this song, this is a song after waiting on a text of some girl he had a crush on in his teen years. She was so unforgettable to him that he had to write a song about his pressed undying feels for her. It makes so much sense when you look at the original video. Although, his father and him rearranged the music for this contest, the song is so romantic in teenage love prospective. Many thinks this is a sad song, but it is a love ballad and an song written to this one special girl that won his heart as a teenager. In my opinion, she really made a great impact on him and his love in his teens. He puts so much deep emotions in this song, that it tires him out by the end. I am absolutely in love with this ballad and the arrangement is a killer one...So, I say, "Thank You for writing this one, Dimash K., it is one of my favorites of yours!!!"
