Wonderful! That is GREAT to hear. Now if you have the space, you might want to consider investing in some of these other later flowering selections. That will extend and enhance the display and hopefully provide even more pleasure and enjoyment! Here's link that will help you find all the garden centers that have the ability to stock them: grownbyoverdevest.com/retail-locator/
And, they last LONGER too! Non-invasive, easy to grow and providing valuable interest (and movement) at the back end of the season, we hope you get a chance to enjoy them around your home soon. 👍👌🙂

Excellent video again! Thank you. Quick question: Am I right in thinking that pennisetum are deciduous and die back each winter, and need to be trimmed right back to help the new growth in the Spring?
Thank you. You are correct, they produce new fresh growth each spring and to keep the garden looking neat and tidy, I like to trim off the old growth in late autumn, or anytime during mild spells in winter or very early spring. If you don’t do it the new growth will still emerge, but it helps to set them off and make the display even more impressive. Here’s a link to a video we filmed in my garden that explains more about how I trim them: ua-cam.com/video/F3r1P_1UEaw/v-deo.html Thank you again for your kind comments.
Yes, they are inviting aren't they💚! Hopefully, it will help folk take note... and remember them easier too🤞. because as you have probably noticed in the video 👀😄, these are superb (superior) selections that everyone needs to know and grow.👍👌
They are hardy to USDA Zone 5. Which effectively means they are suitable for anywhere in our Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern States region. Here's a link to the video I was talking about that will explain more: ua-cam.com/video/JcNPL9ZeOhY/v-deo.html
Yes, but just because they are "NEW" doesn't mean they are better! That's why we put so much effort into testing ad trialing. In fact, most of the "new" plants we test, turn out to be no good (or at least not any better than existing ones). But, every now and then, we discover some outstanding gems (like these Fountain Grasses).... and that's when we delight in telling everyone about them! Have you subscribed to our channel? Love the names. These remind me of home and southern cooking, Louisiana.
