@@thegunpenguin I have to second this. While I understand you're probably cutting a swath through the local womenfolk in your Han Solo jacket at the local bars we would appreciate some content ;)
I can relate to what you're saying about quality over quantity. you could also get great mid-tier quality at amazing price when it comes to rifles and handguns. such weapons tend to hold their value better in terms of resale as well.
I think the gun community really under values the warm fuzzies. Really everyone in their life has a finite amount of warm fuzzies. Really I think we should try to maximize attainment of warm fuzzies in all things; as you'll never know if life takes a turn which makes warm fuzzies harder to acquire, or you end up with less time to collect warm fuzzies than initially thought.
Man you don’t even realize the can of worms you’ve opened huh? Pretty soon you’re gonna find yourself browsing what cimarron has for sale and you’ll have an inexplicable hankering for a leather gun belt…
Hey man. Let me know if you want someone else to shoot the shit with next time you record one of these. A 1-man podcast is pretty tough to keep the topics flowing. Just an idea 💡
Discovery grew into being a turd sandwich. How can you be positive about the LotR Amazon series when they'll crap all over the lore? I mean if the female dwarfs at least have beards...but I guess that's not diverse enough. I mean it's a never ending source. They just suck tapping it. You take a King and a time and make six or eight 45min episodes of some significant change in that age and they can move on to something else. A true detective take if you will. All the story board people they hired won't help if the script blows. Keep in mind that those series do not have space. They had space in TNG, Voyager and especially DS9 (where they grabbed a lot of Babylon 5), these ones are constricted to check boxes. So much dialogue, so little acting. The Mandalorian and the BoBF are a quick fan service squirt and another jab at selling more merch when the puffin things from the sequels weren't that big. The amount of toy designers trying to make it more addictive with big eyes similar to junk food designers trying to increase 'snackability' to get the lard asses salivating on the way to the trog. That was a fun episode. What I'd really like is footage and talk about optics on revolvers. I mean if the barrel length doesn't matter for sight radius in that regard let's see what it can do. Technically the shorter barrel can be made to smaller tolerances, so it should be the most accurate handgun if it weren't for that little jump. See you around strapped Pingu.
Revolver viability is extremely viable for fun.
Auralnauts is my favorite just for the Bane video.
"And you think this gives you...power over me?"
Also, revolvers are shooting zen.
Upload more content, dammit!
I know right...
One day!

Regarding the speed threshold on pistol dots, I figure that having a circle-dot reticle like Holosun does might help with that.
I’m hoping that’s true!

Cary Grant used a snub-nosed revolver in "Charade." That's pretty much all I need to know before preferring revolvers!
Hell yeah!
@49:00 I hear the new primary arms PLX are really good
Thanks for the recommendation!

I totally agree!
Please do more of these. Thank you. You could do them from your chair even.
Great idea about the chair, and I will definitely do more!
What do you think of 9mm revolvers? Wanting to save a bit on ammo. Just for the range. Any recommendations?
I like them! I think Ruger generally has the best selection.

I think I’m already there! I’ve been shooting revolvers for 20 years, and they’ve always had a special place in my life.

The FN 509 section didn’t age well
It sure didn't! I had great early experiences with the gun, but that one didn't quite work out.
