This was challenging but worth it, in my opinion. You might see this character again in a proper episode later. For now, I hope you enjoyed the video!

What happened
What I've always loved about this is that The Salesman actually tells Annie, twice, that the price for his items will be one of her limbs, but she doesn't catch it and signs the contract. Great detail.
It doesn't really matter. In the lore, this salesman scp is going to keep hunting this client until he or she accepts his offer (if it even is an offer, sometimes he doesn't even ask and just let the client know the price and take it in the moment). The price can be a shirt or piece of paper all the way to your life, body parts or some other really worse things.
One is "Lend an appendage", whats the other one? :o
Man, I feel it would be possible to watch this on 0.1 speed for a month on repeat and still catch new things everytime

Which, admittedly, he says as she's signing the contract but she does fail to notice what he's saying.
This is why I hate the concept of the veil and normalcy!!!, it sucks to be those who are being living under the veil or be unveiled individuals because those Normacly Orgs always say "We must preserve normacly 🤡".

@@branthegarbage I looked and it ain't that complicated. For others wondering, here's the gist:
Basically, Kwite, a big youtuber on this platform got accused of SA by someone Bung knew personally, Kwite proved these allegations false (not hard considering there was no evidence to begin with) and Bung doubled down and tried to defend the accuser.
Later on, he seemingly came to his senses and posted about how he was having difficulties with the situation because that was his friend and it seemed Bung genuinely believed his friend so I can understand why this was difficult for him.
He then deleted his account some days later for some unknown reason, he's never directly stated why as far as I know but people think it was because he couldn't handle the drama and stress from the situations.
Okay so, not that big a deal BUT THEN. Some Twitter user revealed that Bung never made any progress with the SCP: Containment series.
This is an issue because people were donating money to his Patreon to help with the series.
Even worse than that, the same Twitter user leaked a snippet of basically softcore porn that Bung was working on instead of the series.
TL;DR, Got involved with the Kwite situation, deleted account, turns out he was making softcore porn instead of working on the series, that was bad because the series is funded through donations on Patreon.

That ending pretty much foreshadows Lord Bung scamming his Patreon supporters for 4 years straight before dropping off the face of the internet.

@@mothman8461not really. According to the leaked script, the place were connor was is a society made of several bodies of connor reanimated by SCP 049. In addition, the Connor that we saw in the leak was not the original connor, but another one of these reanimated bodies; his name was NewMeat.
This Would’ve Been A Better Ending To Confinement Than The Actual Ending We Got.

Still funny that he told her she would “lend an appendage to this offer you couldn’t comprehend” if she had read between the lines more it would be obvious she would lose something akin to her arm in the exchange.
Very clear bung had a character and concept for the salesman episode, he just chose instead to create that travesty that go leaked instead for last few years.

The salesman is a part of SCP-1879. His whole thing is that he sells people things with vague prices that don’t involve money. They aren’t necessarily harmful. An example from the article is “Gimme some sugar, sweetie.”, where he takes all the candied goods in the house. In the video he says “lend an appendage” so he takes her arm.
I still want to see a story of her exploits in the future. Maybe she's saved by a passerby and she gets a prosthetic arm, and goes on a quest of revenge.

Everyone talks about how bung blew all the money on weed? Where does this come from? I haven’t read anything talking about a weed addiction where he blew all the money.
