Greetings from Russia! Thank you for sharing this wonderful and informative video with us! This is the first time I've seen such a large statue of an astronaut. I was 9 years old when this great event in the history of mankind took place. In the 80s and 90s, I was very interested in the history of the development of the space programs of the USSR and the USA. In 1994, the year of the 25th anniversary of the landing of man on the moon, I wrote a letter about my passion to Neil Armstrong in Houston and, to my great joy, received a photo from him with good wishes for me. Eternal memory to him. Good luck with everything!

Thanks for the video my friend, you should definitely 1 day do a video of the receiving something broken kit with all the gadgets and glues needed to fix it. (Gorilla glue/various types, small pliers, magnifying glass ect.)
Awesome piece, Blitzway always comes through! PPl in the comments don’t understand that sometimes you just have to deal with a small breakage. I’ve paid $4000 for a statue and I’ve had to glue small broken pieces back on. If you want huge, super detailed amazing art, it’s all part of the game 👌
Wow amazing piece, it is beautiful. I feel ur pain, im sick of everything i get lately is broken ,and the original cost and the nightmare shipping return or then finding out they are sold out of item. I understand many of these pieces come from overseas , boxes looked shipped but not too bad but everything broken. You can easily see why they are breaking ,the resin pieces break from boxes being dropped etc, the foam packaging isnt helping. I wish some of these companies would listen ,and maybe not send pieces complete ,but maybe in a few pieces that can easily snap in place ,and seems are hidden by clothing or other accessories . You immediately knew which pieces with out even having to touch it, and i can guarantee u weren't only one receiving item broken. They need to put some fore thought about shipping when designing these items
I gotta say man, I want that Hellboy statue they are making. But after watching this I'm scared to get it. You're way more collected than I would be if I found something broken
Damn you have the worst luck with Blitzway pieces to come with so many breaks. I received mine a month or two ago, and because of your first Astronaut piece I was concerned there would be a break, but thankfully I didn’t have a single one. Though I still can’t friction fit the container all that well in his hand. A slight tap and it just drops.
Glad you didn't cut into the suit! Can you possibly roll the sleeve up? This is what pisses me off up statue collecting. If you want to return it you will be offered a refund but because I'm assuming this is limited release like most higher end pieces are they will be out of stock! Which tottaly sux you either exept it or loose the piece, I hate that. Looks amazing though very cool. I'm waiting for my first statue next month I believe though it's out in the states already. It's the XM Studios Darth Revan 1/4 scale they also did a companion piece of Dafth Malek but I didn't pick that up!! So fingers crossed that arrives safely with no damage as it's a limited edition. I am getting custom CFLL lightup light sabers for it though which should make it look so much better!! P.S. really a brilliant astronaught piece that will look brilliant I'm your collection! Perhaps send them pictures of the broken arms they should offer a partial refund Danoby2!!🤔🤔 Enjoy this beautiful statue nonetheless though!! 👌👌
Neil left his watch in the LM for the moon walk but he took it with him when he returned to the Command Module. He also had the camera on the front of his suit controller but that must have been attached after he descended the ladder. Aldrin is left handed and there is the famous picture of him with his watch on the cuff of his RIGHT glove!
Very impressive collection and also a great statue but I sure feel sorry that you have such a bad luck with that company. I just subscribed to see more of your videos
Great review! I am really interested in buying this but I am quite discouraged by the packaging. They told me it is an open box by custom for safety reasons.. and it is cheaper but in good condition thay said. Should I take the shot? But It shouldn't be like this! You pay a significant amount of money for this condition? It is unacceptable. This is a very bad image for the company... not that they care I suppose... but thanks for the video!
They must have been throwing around the box quite severely, cause the packaging is pretty solid. I've got 2 of these models and everything was intact. You've been very unlucky I guess. Beautiful model, but missing plss antenna, and the visor is too small. If this would have been the first step then why is the memorial plaque on the ladder already uncovered? And where are the signatures of the astronauts and president Nixon? Where's the flag holder. Just my few gripes about the statue. I'm gonna place the antenna's myself, but for the rest I leave them as the are.
