Hi brother great presentation , we fall under category two you explained and we recieved instant approval and 21 days later we also recieved work commencent letter. but unfortunately we are unable to start any construction due to financial reasons . my question is does work commencent letter will have expiration? does ts bpass have any rule stating that within this many days/months after work commencent approval you need to start construction ?

As per the Act we need to start the construction within 6 months and shall complete in 3 years….

1) If the name of the owner is same can directly apply mentioning total plots area…
2) if owners are different you have to apply with both names ( you will get joint permission)

Because Lift is provided for Terrace also,I have to construct water tank above the height of Lift as per vasthu. For this, is there any objections from TPO. Plz let me get rid off from this doubt..😊

Municipality will send rejection list to TSBPASS cell with remarks so amount will be refunded...
Enquire the prohibited lands details in concerned municipality sir or you can check in prohibited properties list in stamps and registration department

Abutting road : existing road ex : 20 f, 30,40, 60 feet’s etc
Proposed road : example your road is 20 feet , in future it may widened to 30 feet then proposed road is 30 feet

You can have to take in category 1 but you need to separate the document for 69 sq yards
