    Hi brother great presentation , we fall under category two you explained and we recieved instant approval and 21 days later we also recieved work commencent letter. but unfortunately we are unable to start any construction due to financial reasons . my question is does work commencent letter will have expiration? does ts bpass have any rule stating that within this many days/months after work commencent approval you need to start construction ?

      As per the Act we need to start the construction within 6 months and shall complete in 3 years….
      But no problem sir no one questions you if you have permission…

    నా ప్లేస్ 288 sq. Yards means 36×80.
    నేను కట్టే టప్పుడు G+2 తీసుకున్నాను కానీ only ground floor మాత్రమే కట్టాను setbacks చాలా వదిలాను ఇప్పుడు చాలా మంది మా neighbours అసలే వాదుల్తాలేరు నేను అలానే extentions అంటే పెంచలనుకుంటున్నాను ఏమీ చేయాలి

    Sir I have already a ground construction at venchor with 200 sq yards,,1377 sq fts slab area..infront of my house there is 33 ft cc road..now iam planning to construct a first floor..they objects by set back of old construction..old construction already completed as per DTCP layout plan..is objection of municipality genuine reason..pls answer

    నాకు 16 * 47 = 752 Sft స్థలం 12 ft రోడ్డు కు ఉంది. అందులో G +1 కోసం under 75 S .Y category లో పర్మిషన్ తీసుకోవచ్చా. మాది క్యాతనపల్లి మునిసిపాలిటీ మంచిర్యాల జిల్లా .
    సర్ ! అందరూ 30ft రోడ్డు వచ్చేట్లు set back 9 ft వదలాలి అని అంటున్నారు. రోడ్డు కేవలం 10 ఇళ్ళ కోసం మాత్రమే ఉంది.
    దయచేసి అప్లై ఎలా చెయ్యాలో ఏయే Documents కావాలో చెప్పగలరు.

    Hi, we have 80sq yards plot where we are living. But it is not building, its sheets house. Now we want to take permission and build the house. Can we do now? Earlier as its sheets house we did not took any permission. And what happens in our situation if permission cancels, will they demolish existing house. Please clarify?

      1) If the name of the owner is same can directly apply mentioning total plots area…
      2) if owners are different you have to apply with both names ( you will get joint permission)

      No , permission cannot be given for old construction…
      Only option is there to regularise in BRS… present that is in hold

    Hi brother, very nice presentation. For 300 sqyds plot can I construct another slab(beyond G+2) for water tank. Because Lift is provided for Terrace also,I have to construct water tank above the height of Lift as per vasthu. For this, is there any objections from TPO. Plz let me get rid off from this doubt..😊

    Sir I have paid total amount for building permission but later the status is revoked, reason probited land but it is a colony beside my land all are bulidings only.what should I do now?? Please give me suggestions

      There is option for amount refund sir...
      Municipality will send rejection list to TSBPASS cell with remarks so amount will be refunded...
      Enquire the prohibited lands details in concerned municipality sir or you can check in prohibited properties list in stamps and registration department

      There is no mixed usage in the Ts BPASS , you have to take commercial or residential only

    నాకు approved lay out నందు కమర్సేయల్ స్పేస్ కోసం వదిలిన స్థలం లో 200 గజాల ప్లాట్ వుంది... కానీ నా ప్లాట్ వున్న ప్రాంతం town master plan ప్రకారం residence zone లో వుంది....
    నా సమస్య ఏంటంటే ఇప్పుడు లే ఔట్ ప్రకారం కమర్షియల్ క్రింద apply చేయాలా...town master plan ప్రకారం residence క్రింద apply చేయాలా...దయచేసి క్లారిటి ఇవ్వగలరు.

    I have plot of 130 sq.yards. in rajendernagar ghmc, for taking permission i have to keep the setbacks or just keeping OTS/DUCTS its okay.
    My plot is east facing on Westside already house is constructed without setbacks, northside neighborhood kept set backs.

      Abutting road : existing road ex : 20 f, 30,40, 60 feet’s etc
      Proposed road : example your road is 20 feet , in future it may widened to 30 feet then proposed road is 30 feet
      Road effected : how much area is effecting under road widening

    as per para no.14 of TSbpass hand book it is mentioned that" Applicant and licensed technical person will be liable for punishment upto 3 years and levy of penalty beside cancelling the licence of LTP". Does it make any sense? Who is deviating the plan and whom you are punishing? What is your opinion?

      Plot should be registered at least once before 26.08.2020…
      They will permission by collecting penalisation charges….
      For more clarification go and meet Town planning staff of that municipality

      No brother , better to approach electricity department to shift the power lines...if the power lines are at corner / edge of your plot then you will get permission with mandatory setbacks
