He loves Florida. But had his doubts about The Villages. You and Cameraman do such a fabulous job! Because of our health problems, we haven’t been able to get out and explore more. Elvis's birthday week was last week. Maybe that's why?.. the 2nd guy in Brownwood sounded fantastic!! That restaurant looked beautiful. Can't wait to try. And cannolis are a norm in our household. Hope you like it.
He was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the cannolis, already looking forward to my next one.
A little late watching last week’s episode as the internet was good on the ship, but couldn’t watch videos. Plus, I brought a cold home. 🥴 “What do I get for my money” was encouraging as I was surprised to see a home for under $300K, and not a manufactured home. House of the week was beautiful. Love the area. 👍

Elvis’ 89th birthday would have been on January 8th so I’m guessing that’s why there were so many Elvis impersonators performing. They sound great. Wouldn’t it be cool to get a group of them performing together and adding harmonies to his songs? I think it would. That house is quite different. I like it. What they did with the dining area is very nice.
Absolutely agree with you Cynthia. Apparently there is some sort of Elvis competition or convention coming up in South Carolina, so that what be fun with a who,e bunch of them together. The Elvis impersonator that we saw is only 29 years old which makes me happy that the younger generation will keep his memory alive.

I always love watching your shows one question have you or cameraman ever get a hole-in-one?
Unfortunately I have not had a hole in one but Cameraman has had three of them
I'm looking at the menu, I think I would order the stuffed mushrooms appetizer and then either the chicken or veal marsala or piccata. My husband ALWAYS orders Chicken Parm. probably a cannoli for dessert, maybe tiramisu. It's always so hard for me to decide!

The HOTW is one of the ones I had saved on my list! Happy to see the tour! Oleanders are one of my faves. Did you happen to notice if there was a closet on the wall along the backside of the laundry room door? I really like the glass front door, and I've seen some Oleanders where the owners have enclosed the portion of the lanai that's just off the kitchen and make a little office space. Do you think the sellers would be open to leaving (or selling) any of the furniture? I really like the bedroom set. I love the counters in this house, they much our furnishings PERFECTLY. I'm also a fan of the primary bath, we looked at an Allamanda a few years back that had this same bathroom. That house was a deal, and we actually made an offer, but cash buyers got it. Thanks for a GREAT tour!
Hey Kit. No closet in the laundry with this one. There is no mention of the furniture being available so I don’t think it’s an option. It was very nice though.

Do you prefer this restaurant or Mezza Luna? Both of your dinners look excellent! You've never had a cannoli? You've been missing out!
That is a difficult question because although they are both Italian restaurants they are so different. I will be frequenting both, hopefully on a regular basis
I am behind on watching videos...the house shown on What Do I Get For My Money for $260K...seems like a steal. I hope Bella Vita restaurant is successful. Since my friend moved to The Villages 12 years ago, she thinks this is the 4th restaurant there.
