Buzzy Trombone Everything was wrapped in the end of Toy Story 3 in that doing a follow up to it would be nothing more than a cheap cash grab. Also you got the whole Bo Peep storyline their doing which honestly sounds like a fanfiction being put to screen, especially considering they doing this around a character who really doesn't serve a strong impact beyond just being Woody's love interest/girlfriend. In other words, I could see why people would feel the need to be worried.
