- In today’s vlog we head to Clearwater Beach Florida for a trip to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Winter the Dolphin’s Beach Club Resort! Clearwater Beach is about 2.5 hours west of Orlando. We started the day by checking out the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where we got to see so many cool marine animals! We saw all of the dolphins, Winter (whose story inspired the movies and books Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2), Hope, PJ, Nicholas, Hemingway, Rex & Rudy! It was awesome! We were able to do a special behind the scenes tour so we could share a closer look at these amazing animals with you. We learned so much and got to see how the animal care trainers work with the animals. It was easy to see how much they cared for each of the animals. We also got a chance to see Nicholas and Hope and many other amazing animals, like the river otters, sea turtles, rays, nurse sharks and many fish! We learned a lot about how they care for the animals and the reasons why each one was there. It was a very interesting trip! We hope you had fun joining us on this adventure! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow with a new vid!

Jackson is getting the best education ever. He may not remember everything but his little mind is being simulated and growing. Love that you are giving him these experiences. 🥰
@@JP-et9hv maybe he’ll remember he actually went
@@JP-et9hvMost probably he won't remember but all those experiences and all the reading they are doing with him is helping with his brain development and he is a very lucky kid to have such parents
Something I love about this is that even if he doesn't remember it, later on in life he'll be able to watch these videos and look back on it all!🥺
I live for your videos! I was recently diagnosed with cancer and these videos bring me a source of joy and comfort. I appreciate your family!
May you have healing..stay strong!❤️❤️
Sending hugs 🤗
Praying for you. I hope you do well with your treatments.
Sorry to hear that. hope you will get better soon
My name is Alyssa, too. I had stage 4 tongue cancer. I love watching the dolphins. They are so adorable! I hope you get well soon!
Absolutely love this video. extremely enjoyable and interesting to watch! Thank you
Can we talk about the fact that the turtle at 11:46 is named Tortellini!!! The CUTEST name
Thats my Russian tortoises name too!
Yeah! They have a new theme after which they name their sea turtles every month or so... So I'm guessing it was either food or paste when she was rescued. I was there once when the theme was video game characters and there were names like Donkey Kong and Yoshi...
I remember going to that aquarium years ago when I was there, it has changed so much. I'd love to go again.
Jackson's smile walking on the sand is priceless! Adorable.
I'm glad you are giving Jackson these educational opportunities. You are also giving people educational opportunities as well. Jackson is adorable.
This reminds me of when our now 17 year old daughter was 4 she loved the Dolphins in the living seas . She even named them seasquirt. Sorry just wanted to share
The best things in life..
Are the little things.
Thank you for sharing .
Yes! Used to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium with our kids - now 21 & 26. Ahhh, great memories! Recently our first post-vaccine venture out, just us two old folks, was to Pacific Grove, just by Monterey. Room overlooking the bay (splurge city) and we saw (with binocs) a wild otter just hanging out and playing in the water. From our window! Am-azing.
Love how excited Jackson gets to explore! His smile is too cute! -S
Jackson on the beach with Mom... holy cow 🐄 that was ADORABLE!!💚
Jackson feeding the otters was so good. So many kids would just shove stuff in their mouths, but Jackson understands perfectly. LOL, Tim's double take on who Jackson was calling in the room.
I love watching turtles swim. They're so laid back.
The “ Wait. . . Who’s he calling?!?” cracked me up more than it really should have 🤣
Jackson walking on the beach smiling brightens my day! Thank you!
2:00 JACKSON IS MEMORIZED BY THE DOLPHINS HOW CUTE
Jason feeding the otter was too adorable! This seems like a great place to visit when you need a break from the theme parks
I love how they really show how the standard should be for all marine life. This is nowhere near what they deserve in the wild, but they aren't separated/isolated and have a securely covered enclosure. And the animals have a sheen in their eyes that's lost in most other places. I love CMA and hope I am able to go there before Winter and Nicolas pass. Her legacy is so astronomical and Clearwater are amazing at rescue, rehab, and release.
I love clearwater aquarium, they do a good job and they expanded it.
Well you covered the expansion, but still they do a good job taking care of the animals, making ssure the guest have a good time, and do a good job taking care of the animals, and yes I know I said taking care of the animals twice but really they do a good job, the best aquarium I ever been to.
So excited to see Jackson at the aquarium! What a spectacular Dolphin exhibit! 🐬
I live in clear water and i did this marine biology camp there when the new part was being built. It was so cool we got to dissect things an have a tour around the aquarium. (Nick is also the staffs favorite)
I was so happy to see a "Mommy and Jackson walking hand in hand" video moment ❤❤
That sweet boys smile walking in the sand!!! Melts my heart 🥰
Love this. We will be visiting this facility. Thanks for spot lighting this aquarium.
So cute seeing Jackson feed the sea otters 🦦! He did just a great job 👏🏼 🤗
just want to point out that sometimes aquariums will say how mammals will live longer in captivity than in the wild (idk why but maybe its just to make them look better I'm not sure? but it's definitely a trend) but most bottlenose dolphins live to be 30-50 years! just thought that nugget of information is important! but it's great that this aquarium has rescued so many cuties and had given them such a happy and healthy life 💕
I was about to say this! If you look up how long they live, it for sure says they can live over 60 years!
You do have to keep in mind the number of dolphins who do die young brings down the average. While they can live for up to 50+ years many dolphins will die as infants/juveniles, in strandings, boat accidents, etc. bringing the average lifespan down.
Animals lives in the wild are shorter because they have to deal with lack of food, predators, weather, and unfriendly humans. Dolphins biggest threats are sharks and boats. Winter lost her tail because of a crab trap.
I think they meant the average life span of a dolphin in the wild is only 13, but that doesn’t mean they can’t live to old age just that its a lot less likely with all the hardships they face from overfishing, boat accidents predators ect. !
The point of saying "in captivity" is that captivity eliminates predators and most other things that will kill animals early. It's not said to be deceptive. Yes, of course their POTENTIAL lifespan is still the same! It's just that those in captivity have a better chance of actually ATTAINING that age, than those in the wild who have to deal with sharks or boat motors or nets/trash/etc.
I’ve seen both movies, there awesome.
And The beautiful Winter and adorable Hope are so cute together.
🐬❤️🐬
Winter and hope, bff’s for life.😀
I love dolphins 🐬 we were able to swim with one and loved it ❤️ They’re so sweet!!
22:26 JACKSON PRECIOUS SMILE WALKING ALONG THE BEACH
Whenever my family has discussed about taking another trip to Florida, we always bring up going to the Clearwater Aquarium to see Winter and everything. Have seen both movies, would be cool to see the actual place and dolphins.
Have you seen the documentary? *"Winter, The Dolphin That Can"* has interviews & behind the scenes stuff on how Winter has inspired others. Buy a copy when you visit!
Hi, oh, I would love to see Winter, Hope, and the other animals there. I have the Dolphins Tale movies, so inspirational. I'm glad Winter and Hope we're able to put Clearwater on a great aquarium and rescue place, they help so many animals. Also, thanks to the efforts to give Winter a prosthetic tail, it helped increase possibility for other animal and human prosthetic improvements, So much great things have been done, all thanks to the people who helped Winter. This is so great, I enjoyed so much. It would be so wonderful to see Winter and the other animals and the people who take care of them. This is such a wonderful place to see. I hope to see it too someday in person. Thanks this was great. Be Safe Take Care ❤️❤️❤️
We appreciate your support! We hope that you can come visit some day!
My daughter is a big fan of the movies and we went there on our last Florida visit in 2015. My wife has a tile dedicated to her Mum & Dad outside the Aquarium. Wonderful place. Hoping with fingers crossed we'll be there later this year.
Thank you for the kind words Stephen! Our fingers are crossed that you can come too!
@@ClearwaterAquarium keep up the great work. Mind you it certainly has changed since we were there.
Thank you for showing the wonderful work that is being done at this facility. It is also so important to teach kids about the plight of animals and how we can help at an early age. I enjoy seeing Jackson’s reactions during your animal videos.
It’s so cool you got to see Winter in person. I want to meet her one day.
Clearwater Aquarium is amazing. We loved it when we went there’s.
Such a great aquarium!❤️I’ve been going since before Winter came to the facility. It’s been amazing seeing the place grow in its positive ways for the environment and Winter, and now other animals, bringing wonderful inspiration to so many people in different ways.
The new dolphin habitat looks great! Also the Beach Club looks awesome!
Jackson is so cute he looked like he had fun
This has got to be one of my favourite vlogs! I loved seeing how mesmerised Jackson was with the dolphins! Dolphins are just awesome 🐬
Another great stay-cation! Thanks Tim & Jenn... AND JACKSON💕
They have made so many great updates since we were there last! We definitely need to visit again soon. Love the dolphins! Thanks for sharing!!
This is so relaxing to watch. Feels almost like I’m there!
Your child does more than I have in 60 years of my life. Lucky
Omg, I love Dolphins. They are my favorite animal
I love all the info and although I hate to see them in tanks, I can see they are well cared for.
Jackson is soooooo cute
get this.....my daughter just showed me a disney short movie......I FINALLY KNOW NOW WHY TIM SAYS......POTATO LAND...LOL... awesome!!!! so funny.
Such a bittersweet sight. Love you guys 🧡 hope you had a good weekend!
This is crazy how different it looks. I went there in 2018 and it was much smaller. It is so nice how big the dolphin pools are now.
OH MY GOSH. I love the movie Dolphin tale. That is so cool and winter is still Alive. Try to visit them as much as possible. I dream of the day to go.
I appreciate that this isn't SeaWorld, and these guys are rehabilitating and helping injured dolphins. However dolphins can live until they are 30 and sometimes 40 in the wild. They on average live a lot shorter lives in captivity. Its great to see them living long lives here because they are being properly cared for... but they live for much longer than 11/12 years in the wild.
EDIT- I will say it does look like they do the best for their animals and its wonderful to see them being cared for and not being treated like entertainment.
I was thinking the same thing, thank you!
I just hate how small the pools are that they keep the dolphins in. Wish there was more room for them to roam around in but at least they are being cared for properly. And they are used for entertainment just not in the same way sea world uses theirs. Their lil noses have skin scraped off from running into walls and the glass to show off for humans. Still makes me sad they have to live in captivity....
@@lyssaloves03 Their dolphins are mostly deaf or blind so they can't guide themselves as much as other dolphins do so they will have some accidents here and there. I wish Clearwater would make the tanks more friendly to the dolphins' disabilities so there things don't happen. SeaWorld, however, has been breeding animals for the sole purpose of performing for a crowd. They treat the animals worse than objects. 100 dolphins in 7 tanks? Absolutely insane.
I love Clearwater Marine Aquarium! It is so educational and fun. And I have always wanted to be a dolphin trainer there!🐬
Jen looks so pretty; her dress is the perfect color for her.
I've never seen Rough-Toothed Dolphins before. They remind me of the dinosaur dolphin from The Land Before Time: Journey to Big Water.
Wow! I love the updates! We went in 2015 and it was smaller so I'm happy to see they have grown, I LOVE Clearwater Aquarium and can't wait to go back
Those otters were so adorable!
This is so precious and wholesome.
Well that was amazing thanks tim and jenn and Jackson You did so well feeding the animals there 💙
I have been to Clearwater Aquarium and I 1million percent LOVE it and I LOVE what they are all about!!! I did not know that there was a hotel that you can stay at so thanks for sharing this :) :) :)
I love dolphins and sea turtles! I’ve always wanted to go to that aquarium! I’d love to do something in ocean conservation some day. Also the “wait Jackson who are you calling?!” Had me dyinggggg
The aquarium is so cool. I went there back in 2019 when my family and I took a trip to Clearwater before going to Orlando. I never knew that there was a Winter the Dolphin hotel. That’s so awesome. This vlog was so cool. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
Thanks for the video tracker family! We appreciate the non theme park content
*Expecto Patronum!* My patronus is a Dolphin!
I love Clearwater, my Mama lived in Clearwater Beach for about 3 years when my son was around 2, we could walk to the beach from her house. Poor Winter is so lucky they found her. They do such good work there. Little Jackson is certainly getting new experiences, I was at AK yesterday and heard a little one say "what's that" and immediately looked thinking where is Jackson.
I LOVE TURTLES!!!!!!!!!!!
Love this vlog. Clearwater Aquarium is awesome. Meeting Hope and Winter is one of my most favorite memories. I had such an amazing day there. I got to feed and pet Nicholas and have a picture of me and him blown up that I'm looking at right now. So it was so great to see Nicholas on your vlog. 😊❤😊
Awwwww I love dolphins. My favorite animal is panda bears but dolphins, koala bears and wolves come in at my 2 favorite (3-way tie). Thank you Tim and Jenn.
I laughed so hard when the otters were introduced. My cats names are Wally and boomer!
Jenn’s face when you were explaining the green tint on the windows... golden lol wonder what else Jackson was getting into 😂
Can’t wait to show my son this in the morning! His favourite film is Dolphin tale 🐬 ❤️
I love. See. Winter. And. Hope
I love Nicolas, Tortellini, Walle and Boomer! Lol
I REMEMBER THIS AQUARIUM! IT WAS USED IN BOTH DOLPHIN TALE MOVIES!
I love dolphins 🐬 my favorite animal
I loved getting to see all the animals at the aquarium! Thanks for taking us along on the adventure!
14:46 buddy feeding the otters nice work
After watching this I just rewatched Dolphin Tail and was bawling my eyes out .
Love seeing You all having fun and enjoying Jackson’s reactions to seeing the aquarium. What a fun day. Enjoyed this vlog!
Awesome. I visited here in 1989. Its changed so much over the years. I remember there was a dolphin called Sunset Sam who swam on his side as he was blind in one eye. Great to see the good work they are doing.
Good afternoon Trackers! Will enjoy watching while exercising 😅
I've only been to Clearwater once. I was down there when my dad had brain surgery. I was anxious waiting, so I went for a walk downtown by myself and bought myself pistachio gelato and ate it looking out over the water. I remember feeling oddly peaceful, despite being nervous for my dad. He made it through fine, was flirting with the nurses by that afternoon.
All my love to your dad
Thank you for this ,I love it when you go of the beaten track so to speak,I would have never thought or found this if it was not for you guys ,it looks fantastic and a good day the room and the view is fantastic it will be on my list ,thank you.
Love Clearwater! Always stay at Indian Rocks Beach when I vacation over the pond. ☀️👍
That is so different from when we saw Winter. It was kind of depressing back then but this looks very nice.
Rest in peace Winter ❤
Wow - such a totally cool facility, with all the kinds of sea animals I love, and lots of facts - AWESOME video - thank you!! Nice looking resort, love the colors and artwork in the room. Dinner looked good. Loved watching Jackson smiling, walking on the sand.
Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you from New Jersey! Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!!
How could anyone give this video or any videos of the Tracker family a thumbs down! Jealous? I think so!! Love the Trackers and they make my day when they post a new video!! Beautiful family!!!
Looks like another great option other than the parks when visiting Florida. Thanks for sharing. And I could watch Jackson feed otters for days!! So cute!💚
Absolutely loved this video. Great that you’re highlighting this place. We’re new DVC owners from the UK and can’t wait to come and explore outside of WDW. Definitely going to visit here.
Aww clearwater is beautiful, went there many years ago ❤️
That is so great! If we ever get to Florida we’ve got to check it out!
So glad he enjoyed it!!
Loved this it’s gorgeous and Nicolas stole my heart as well 🤍❤️💙💚💛
I work at a hotel management company and I do Payroll for the associates at Winter the Dolphin Beach Club. So excited to see that you stayed at one of our hotels!! Kinda geeked out a bit and had to send your link to all my coworkers. :]
I love everything about the CMA - on my bucket list!
I symbolically adopted Winter and Nicholas, a friend symbolically adopted Hope for me.
@Ian Kahalewai donating $60 I can symbolically adopt one of the resident animals
@@CSpaniel14 wow that’s very cool!
That's a nice facility, older but very clean. The day I was there, the water in the enclosures was pristine clear. I enjoyed watching the trainers/handlers? working with Winter.
Saw Winter almost 10 years ago. It was October 2011, about a month after I saw "Dolphin Tale" in a movie theater. I was 19 back then and my cousin Sheila was getting married in Tampa (I was an usher in her wedding), so while my family was down in Tampa, my parents and I stopped at the aquarium to see Winter and as you can see in the thumbnail, I got to hold one of Winter's tails. It was such an experience.
Love your videos! Keep it up! I’m using this video as well as the 2nd one as a “Field Trip Friday” video today in my science class because it is so informative. My students are so engaged and love it! We have been studying animals this week, focusing on structure, function, and movement. So this is perfect timing! Keep it up!
💖 Late...ding, dang! 💖
My daughter is one month older than Jackson, and she loves watching him. Lol.
