as an avid Corvette pilot I kept yelling at you to get closer and/or orbit the other way to knock out the gimble lead on the 2xH hardpoints. I know you won regardless but you were in perfect engagement range of all the Corvette's hardpoints for a good majority of the fight.
Cool, but it is noticeable that the corvette has no engineers or very few of them, however, it is its own fault that it was not prepared when entering pvp. Fun fact, an improved Bi-Weave shield generator with good resists on the corvette you would get tired of hitting with your lasers, because most of the damage is leveled by restoration.
@@deavo74 Silent running is for stealth but builds heat fast. Was wondering if the vents would have been enough to bleed off the heat and stay in stealth mode so he couldn't target you.

I don’t think it was great. The corvette I encountered the day before was a lot tougher and got my PP to 25% with rails so I bailed on that one. Still, I think it was well over 10 minutes.
couldve knocked out weapons then fsd, then engines or straight for plant(before seeing you go for the engines).... still, go with these steps, when the bad guy has no guns, then no fsd and is slower than you then poke those engines, and possibly an afms if hes packing one, just for fun of ruining his day.
@@tenryuta I need to remember the FSD… That said, last night I’m fighting a Corvette again and I think “Right, FSD then PP” FSD at 0%, nice now PP… Oh he’s just engaged the FDev approved cloaking device… I wait, he comes back… cloak again… I hate people lol
Poke poke. Yeah I experimented on Sue my Mandalay. Beams aren’t doing much for me on this, they seemed to work better at cooling on my MK III. So yeah, I may go rails or Imperial Hammers.

Ahhhh I get you. They may work by themselves but the MCs generate heat greater than they can get rid of it. It’s why I have the heatsinks.
