Great video. But it's 2021. How do they not have a 4MP or 8MP offering? Perhaps with a slower max framerate. For the expense of this camera, higher resolution would be nice, even if different resolutions were offered at higher price points. Since I have a 16 port H-series NVR and all my cameras are H-series, what are my options to use this? Can I plug it in to the NVR and connect via ONVIF? If I do, can I connect with the UNV software, since the H-series software probably can't run the PTZ functions? I also have a Unifi 16 port POE++ (bt) switch. Would I be better plugging directly into the switch and running the UNV software? And since this is my home and NDAA doesn't matter to me, any chance of an H-series camera with PTZ functions like this?
What PTZ do you recommend that has excellent Zoom and Night vision also what do I need to connect it to my iPhone to be notified by camera of intruders in are while I am at work.
Hello Slyr1, It would depend on how far away you are wanting to see with the PTZ. Id advise reaching out to our sales team and they can help recommend you the proper PTZ -> customerservice@nellyssecurity.com / 855-340-9999
Hello, my name is Antonio Ferro, I have recently been an installer of the UNV brand, in the meantime I wanted not only to thank, but to congratulate the channel, which is very interesting. I have a question to ask, I have installed IPC6622SR-C33-VF, I can't get the auto traking to work while it is patrolling, can you give me directions on how to do it? thank you
Hey Antonio, thank you for the kind words! As far as the PTZ not auto-tracking during a patrol, are you able to get it to track while its in a static position? You may do a cloud firmware check or reach out to wherever you purchased it from to see if it has the latest version firstly. Then see if it can track when its in a static position, once that works, see if you get it going via patrol. Usually we'll advise having the PTZ in a static position w/ auto tracking for the most reliable results!

The two things missing would be auto tracking and rapid focus, that would be ideal for the PTZ camera.

Has any firmware updates allowed this camera to auto track since it became available?
