Hello, I am having issues with uploading the slideshow templates from envato to Adobe premiere pro. For some reason, the slideshow runs really slow, freezes up in spots but continues to play, some slideshows don’t have placeholders for the photos or video clips, etc. could you please help with this? Would like to use envato if I can use the templates without issues. No one is willing to help me fix the issues I am having.
Hey Jason, I don't know if this is a similar issue to a problem that I was having the other day, where my whole timeline froze up, windows were completely grey and I could hear my timeline playing with a few frames every now and then. Nothing was working. DO THESE BEFORE THE FIX, if you are still having the issues, in this order: - Save and close your project, but not Premiere. If you can't access any dropdown menus at the top, then close Premiere and re-open (Restarting the computer would help too, just in case, but not necessary) - Delete your preview files cache by going to the 'Edit' dropdown, then 'Media Cache' and pressing the 'Delete' button next to 'Remove Media Cache Files'. - Then shut down Premiere and restart your computer (This is just in case of any errors) HERE'S THE FIX: - Open the project in Premiere and go to your footage bin (I opened a new one and moved it aside, but you don't have to). - Select the "hamburger" three lines dropdown menu. Then select "Preview Area", which brings up a small preview window. That's it! Oddly after researching the issue for myself, I noticed that this is a bug that a lot of people have experienced for years and this fix seems to work for others and for me. Adobe don't seem to want to fix the issue, annoyingly. Hopefully this fairly in depth guide can help you or anyone else reading this.
No, no, it is not that simple at all! It would be if the idiotic software for which I pay a fortune would flawlessly import and edit my mogrt files. But it doesn't. It doesn't!

I have a amazing PC setting but it is IMPOSSIBLE to use MOGRT files on my computer. IT IS SO SLOW!!!!! I HATE PREMIERE.
