Several months ago, I started learning to play this piece from another tutorial, and I made the biggest mistake ever - I chose to learn the easy left hand version.
Today, I can play the piece complete from the start to end, but with the simplified left hand version, something just feels missing.
As someone with no piano experience and managed to learn the song completely, I would advise anyone trying to learn this piece to stay true to the original and learn the original LH version, you'll very much be thankful in the future.
Right now, I'm trying to train my left hand to play the extra note but the muscle memory has already been formed. =(
Edit: Forgot to mention, but great tutorial and channel btw!
rayispro999 Hey Rayispro999, this is the 2nd song I ever learned on piano, and I did the same thing, I can however now play with the full version of the left hand, but you are right, it takes some time to get the muscle memory to change :P If however, it's impossible to play the song otherwise, I don't know, it's up to you guys :)
The thing you miss is probably the sustain pedal too no ? it makes the difference. Also in this tutorial the left hand miss one finger when you play the G you also play the E with the thumb at the same time. Same thing when you play the F#, you also play the D with the thumb. Not much a difference but that's the real one..

I will probably do more lessons for his work in the future, but I've only got two hands and there are soooooooo many songs I still want to do a lesson for that's it's just making me crazy :P I can only do 1 lesson per day max, so I have to set priorities. I don't do paid requests because I would have to charge too much per lesson and I don't want to do that. (hour wise an ORIGINAL lesson would cost between $200 and $400 which is just insane)

The left hand ist playing something else in the sheet that I have.. but still...a nice tutorial!! You have to play the g in the left hand together with the e that is played by the thumb

in the original i htink you play the top note in the left hand chord too on the third beat
so for the
E chord on the G note for example

nice toturial ☺ but why must we pay to learn the whole version? Many other songs on your channel are full and we don't have to pay, why must we pay on the most beautiful song on piano 😳😖😖. Somebody can't pay because they don't have enough money or something please it could be better if you make a full version of the song.
+malak azba Hey Malak, I will tell you why. This is not a hobby for me, it is a full time job. I work over 50 hours per week on this channel, and that means I have to be paid as well. I have to pay rent, food, clothes, etc etc.. This is why I have to charge for the lessons. The lessons are available for just $0.99 or sometimes $1.99 when I compare that to a private lesson with a piano teacher, that's between $40 and $80. I think prices for my lessons are a bargain. You can get a membership on the website for just $39.99 which is cheaper then 1 lesson from a live teacher.
