Looks great! I still prefer the fat factory bumper but if your going off roading the approach would be a good bonus with the ADD...For the style this would be my choice! All your work is soo good and love the videos!
I have yet to install my ADD stealth bumper along with warn evo 12 winch. So afraid of oil change process including how the cooler would be positioned and access to oil filter. Any idea of guidance if that shall be a concern?
How have the intake temps been on your buddy’s trx been… I’ve been wondering how it would do in the summer heat since you guys did the install video…. Bumper looks badass 👍🏾
The friend asked about a pre build harness when he ordered and they said they didn't have one, at least for the Rigid bumper version. Thanks for the view!
The small lights in place of the factory fog lights we did wire to the factory fog light harness so they come on and off with the factory fog light switch, but you could have just as easily wired them to one of the AUX switches. Thanks for the view!
Great video. I recently installed the same bumper and recently heard grumblings about the difficulty to change the oil due to restricted access points. Have you been able to change the oil without removing the bumper? Thanks in advance
It is a massive pain but yes, you can drain the oil and change the filter all with the bumper still in place but there is no real way you are getting to the oil cooler drain with the bumper on. The 2 trucks I have serviced with the bumper on I have just had to elect not to drain the oil cooler with the oil change.
@@TylerPotter I had my installer install rivnuts on the small beauty plate that says add on it. I'm hoping that the shop can remove that to drain the oil cooler. Do you think that will work?
@@donhouse184 Yeah that might work - I'm actually curious to hear if you've tried it with success? I just arrange to have a helper around for oil changes, and I just pull the whole bumper off, since it's only 6 bolts and one OEM harness connector, and then my aux lights (I have the Baja Designs version) - I left like 6' of slack with BD light harness, so I can get the bumper dropped onto a dolly without damaging anything, and then unplug the 3 center lights and roll the bumper out of the way.
@@Matt-tt4cu my dealer has no probkem changing the oil without the bumper removal. The rivnuts on the beauty plate that i installed allow them to take the beauty plate off to drain the oil cooler.
The ADD bumpers look amazing but are extremely poor design when it come to the oil change. The skid plat is in the way of the oil filter and oil cooler drain plug, and can not be removed without taking the whole bumper off. ADD dropped the ball big time.

That looks awesome. Great job and vid.
Thanks it fit and looked great! Thanks for the view!
Looks great!
Thanks for the view!
I usually really dislike aftermarket bumpers especially on a high end truck like that. I’m really impressed with that. Looks great.
I totally agree with you but the fact that it fit so nicely really make it look great! Thanks for the view!
Really dope video.
Thanks man!

He was finding about 10* hotter temps with the same driving speeds and outside temps compared to stock. Thanks for the view!
Or unless the next video to do a test of which bumper would give the best fuel economy? But I don’t know if that would matter tho
I'm not sure I could afford to fill 2 TRX fuel tanks up for the test lol
As always, great video. Do they sale ready to go wiring harnesses?

One thing that stops me from doing a mod like this, is adding more weight to an already gas thirsty beast. But, good install video, as always! 🤘
Thanks if anything I would like a lighter weight bumper!
Great install video man!
Btw, did you connect the side lights to the fog light wiring or did you connect them to the aux switches?
Thanks

Is there a backlighting
These have amber colored backlight on these lights. Thanks for the view!
Can you put on a Rebel?
Does this could fit a ram rebel 1500?
Yes I think ADD makes them for a lot of models!
Did you mention the price?
The prices vary a little depending on what light version you order. But the base price for that bumper is $2700 on ADD's website. Thanks for the view!

The oil filter is still accessible but you are totally correct the oil cooler is no longer able to be drained with this bumper. Thanks for the view!
Very disappointed with this video. Too much yakking and not enough time spent on actual installation!
Rude
