Good morning. I got hybrid in my man cave. 600 watt RMS active mixer at 4 ohms. 2 x pb12n's and 2 x pb8n's per channel I got a 12 and 8 connected in parallel to take advantage of the 4 ohm. Bass on mixer is half way, mids and high's is almost open. On my main input it's at about between 2 and 3 of clock. Then for my lows I'm running a hybrid party sub 18 which is 400 watt RMS. So I'm pushing about 1 kW in a 3 x 4 m outside room. 😂 I then have a 2nd amp which is connected to the active mixer with 2 x 25 watt RMS weather proof horns that's under a afdak that stays there. Only downside to my system is, corrugated roof sounds like it wants to rattle off. For home use its to much but I love it. I was thinking of getting another bin but might first want to get that roof fixed. You might think that the sub is not balanced or driven to hard to keep up but it is fine for the size room and my bass needs are met.
Thanks brother for your comment. I'm glad you are having fun with your system. For any advice? Please feel free to email me. LukeSWaudio@gmail.com Regards Luke/ LSW Audio. PS. Don't worry about the roof 😉 blow it off 🤣🔥
