Ryan B Gotta problem with Brutes bro?
Man...this is a genuine chat between great friends...would love to have a friend like Steven. Great podcast!
This has been one of my favorite episodes. Really excellent conversation, fellas. Can't wait to try that bourbon.
Liked before I even watched lol, such a big fan of Meateater, The Hunting Collective and JRE
same here and steve is a good bloke
Same
And then?
Duuude me too. It felt like Christmas morning when I saw that Joe had Rinella on today.
Look up the hunting public if you like them they’re another great one !
Steven Rinella is my favorite outdoorsman to gain knowledge from. Love the stories and watching your hunts unfold. Thank you Steven.
I like listening to Steven Renella on the JRE. Not because he is interesting but because he asks Joe awkward and personal questions.
Dave Park lmao. So true. Love it
I'm impressed with Rinella's eloquent description of Joe's comedic style. Great podcast fella's. Cheers 🥃!
Did he eloquently say Joe's stand-up is garbage? That would be the only appropriate description.
Mr. Speed hahah yes
“The beauty of it all is that there’s not much thinking” best quote ever🤣 Just let it flow Joe👍🏻🍺
I legitimately loved this podcast.
Try and get Rick Flair.. WOOOOOOOO
Please this
He hasn't had any wrestlers has he?
Have Ric Flair explain the wooooing at UFC events
@@dogsbreakfast4952 he had Jake the snake Roberts on
@@lostforevermore7150 theres so many good ones he could have....the rock is prob to busy... but surely Austin... angle... hbk....taker....
Thank you so much for introducing me to Steve's shows and stuff. Outrageous person !!! Thank you both !!
So happy to see another hunting episode, feels like it's been forever since Joe has had a prolific hunter on the podcast
Elk shank bourbon and a stack a blunts....this could get interesting.
I'm back watching every Steven Rinella episode again during lock down! Best guest ever.
I was looking forward to hearing that premise at 5:44, and they had to go and edit it out...
Shady
Yeah wtf no more live podcasts and they’re being edited now? Sigh... sad times.
Lol obviously something about his family he didn’t want to share
Austin Moody what did they edit?
They just go off on a tangent. They start talking about comedy then Joe brings up going fishing and family, the edit just brings it back on track.
Joe will always be the "news radio" guy to me.
Hearing Steve talk about having fun with his wife at a comedy show really drives home how much I, an an extreme introvert, miss going to dinner and movies with my wife.
What's a peccary? . . . Well, it is the long lost cousin of the hickery-doo.
Was it a woozle?- Pooh Bear
Lol
I live in Brazil and I had never heard of em
That's absolutely ludicrous. I was a medic for thirteen years... it's nearly impossible to do effective CPR chest compressions on an elderly person without breaking their ribs.
Sean C. Brophy uki
Arent breaking ribs very common doing this, with any aged person? I cant imagine an elderly NOT breaking a rib
I have my senior first aid(nothing to do with age) and I have broken a 30 year olds ribs going CPR, its never uncommon at any age
Scott Bloxsom Jesus
That’s how you know you’re doing it right. Gotta break some ribs.
Steven Rinella is a genuinely cool dude!! I could listen to him all day and never get tired of hearing him talk. He is always funny and makes good points.
"If you have a dog how could you hunt animals." -- I don't eat dogs.... I prefer to hunt my food with fair chase and process it myself. Sure, I have a burger now and then or chicken wings, but I would take an elk steak, cube venison or wild hog sausage over any of that. What is more decent, me stalking a deer with my bow or a cow getting fattened up on a farm just to be bolted in the head on a conveyor belt? Steve is a great speaker and love his perspective
Im cooking venison liver, heart, tongue and nuts cause of this guy. Hopefully he dont steer me wrong.
Edit: i have since eaten heart, tongue and nuts. He did not steer me wrong. Liver is tbd.
dynarider 86 how were they?
@@PuppyPulverizer fantastic. My wife got me his cook book recently also. So gonna do a bunch out of that. Was gonna cook up a porcupine today but it had a serious case of mange. See what happens tomorrow.
dynarider 86 nice. Thanks for the input, haven’t hunted yet myself but I’m looking forward to it next season
Kidneys are delicious as well 👍🏽
What was the tongue like? Id have thought it would be tough
Steven Rinella is probably my favorite guest speaker on JRE. Could listen to this guy talk for days. Great story teller.
Antelope marrow bone shank with herbs osso buco, pg. 57, LL Bean Game and Fish Cookbook, 1983.
"ossobuco", one word ;) it's italian, masters of cuisine
Rinella. Looks like a regular guy. Speaks like a regular guy. Acts like a regular guy.
Just happens to be brilliant AND interesting.
Good vibes between these two. They seem like real friends.
Clay Newcomb on MeatEater Podcast yesterday, and Steven Rinella on JRE Podcast today. Life is good!
OutdoorHoosier for real dude. What a good week lol
