While watching the video I thought how stupid I am that I don't know the logic behind the age old practise of peeling alternative strips from "potol" and was debating whether I should google or make a fool out of myself by asking my wife (who by the way also probably wouldn't have known :); but 5 secs later you literally answered the question. A big thumbs to the one who thoughts about adding trivia to the video. The logic presentation all through the video all is the cause of an even wider smile. Great content guys... keep it up.. grow faster .. by the way where can I buy the awesome pan that's featured in your other videos. Please tell me that it's not some obscure and awesome store that would sell special stuff that is not available anywhere online. And again , bloody brilliant stuff guys....

As for the pan, this one with an induction base is from a brand called Calphalon. We use it exclusively while filming videos; our regular-use korai is a trusted aluminium one :-)
We are also massive fans of the Vinod range of stainless steel cookware. They are based in the South, but you can find some of their products on amazon.in. Their stuff is super high quality. We've been using their pots and pans for years and they are still the same!
