This was one of the most confronting experiences ever, but the results were worth it 🙌
This is what is required buddy
Hey bro
I like milk
I love that you try new things proud of you!
I love that you force yourself to face your fears. It truly motivates others to do the same. Awesome video ☺️
If you've come this far after one day, you really should keep going. It would be very cool if we see Gymnast content on your channel in the future :)
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
@Artic Bedwars ?
No.
Ye
I mean its not for everyone, if you dont like flips you wont have fun
Never has seeing someone do a backflip given me so much joy 😂 well done Browney!
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
My biggest fear is getting out of my comfort zone which I believe a lot of people can relate to and this video is actually helping me become a bit more confident in myself and what I can achieve.
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
Why do you sound like you googled some generic quote? Define getting out of comfort zone.
Is it a triple salto or getting out of your house? And how does this actually help you?
@@pmudri it literally means he's scared of everything and he's lazy but i don't know how it helps him... maybe seeing someone do what he's scared of
sad to see someone discourage someone else when they actually want to do things that are productive
Seriously? This Video? Then you have bigger problems...this video is hot air.
This may be one of the most important videos you’ve done. Facing fears is no joke and you did it, and let all of us watch it. So proud of you thank you for taking us a long! You’ve inspired me to do the same.
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
Theres only one fear ill never try faceing
Spiders
I struggle a lot with depression, and Stan is someone who I can always count on to entertain me and make me laugh and smile. Keep up the awesome work Stan.
bro best option is to learn to deal with it. Go gym, go to school, work go hang out with friend do something. think positive not the negative learn something talk with family friends. I hope you get better.
you are not alone, bro. And yes Stan & Arjen always cheer me up
@@ademcarroll7928 how does it starten depression?
@@huseyinz1873 I don't think I can generalize. And there are different levels of depression. I had a friend who killed himself because of it, he was smart and funny, with a good job, a wonderful wife and kids. I never expected it to get him. It can be very powerful. But others just have days when they lose their will and vitality. It can't be fixed by just keeping busy, but sometimes it is helped. I won't ever be able to do what these guys do but it can inspire me not to give up.
depression isnt an illness... its just an excuse people make when they are having a bad time
just to be like "hey im not weak, its an illness!" Fr tho, i didnt type this as hate or anything
despite it sounding like that, i just wanted to say, get on with your life and its gonna be fine :)
Proud of yourself for facing your fears. Not everyone can do this. Definitely motivates me to do the same 🙏🏽
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
i see you everywhere
I am so impressed with you for overcoming your fear. Start of last year I fell out of a handstand wrong, badly winded myself for the first time and my back hurt for weeks. I was so scared to handstand again, and it still scares me to do it without a wall or something behind me that I can rely on if I over shoot it. But getting there slowly. You’re an inspiration

It's incredible to see the level of support amongst these three men. Bram is what an actual alpha male is, being a supportive leader, not being toxic.
I have to compliment you for having all these sport related videos full of joy. I think in a phase where most health and fitness related channels and videos are dead serious, your videos remember me that doing sports is not something you should do to be a functioning member of society, but you practice them to have fun. Cannot wait for your next video!

I'm always impressed by your willingness to show the viewers that things are hard, and sometimes they don't work out, and that's okay.
Huge progress! You're nearly there!
Bram is such a chaotic and bluntly sincere force, loved it! Also, it goes to show how inhumanly agile and strong gymnasts truly are.
10:34, Stan almost got the fist bump but in a couple seconds he still got it anyways.
I love the way you are honest to us about being scared and not be able to do everything because of that fear and because you are only human, you know. Thank you for a great and a truthful video!
This is really good. I hope you guys will continue with this. Bram seems like a good teacher. Gymnasts are awesome

If you want to succeed in any sport, be it fighting, bodybuilding or become a pro gymnast, you will definitely have to watch what you eat. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it on Next Level Diet iirc. At the beginning it was hard to eat 2500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
Yeah it's pretty much correct. A lot of these pros won't be there without very expensive and strict diet.
hard to eat 2500 kcal?... thats literally average for a male
I have been training gymnastic for 4 months after 4 years of calisthenics. I think this progress is actually pretty fast. And I think Bram is really patient here
Can we all agree that Browney and Arjen did great?
Nah
Nah
They did, and your vids are insane keep it up
Well done Browney! You should definitely try rock climbing next. Maybe even collab with Magnus?
The gymnast guy is so open and supportive. No elitist here
0:55 the coolest captioning i have ever seen HANDS DOWN
About 4 years ago I was doing flips on the trampoline, and landed on my neck and got whiplash. It made me really scared of doing backflips until my dad got my to try it again, and now I can do backflips really easily. Keep going and we’d love to see you so the same!
The amount of work you put in your videos is insane 😭🔥 goals for real
Just imagine how many videos Stan Browney is working on at the same time. His work ethic is insane.
As a cheerleader who previously injured myself tumbling I know what the fear that it brings. I couldn’t walk for six months, and now am currently working on layouts with tons of anxiety.
Btw: You did amazing!
good luck
That gymnast dude was so real. And just hilarious "will we have to bring this up?" " :^] eventually." I wish I had that energy. Good Lord congrats on facing your fears and trying something new.
Great video, I like your progress! Backflip tip: you are not jumping high enough, your main focus is to just flip, just like I did when I first started.
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
even though I am a year late in this I am completely extremely proud of you man for your progress. I also have a bit of trauma from flipping and I am hoping to overcome it eventually, watching this makes me feel like I should keep trying and never give up so thank you for comments like this.
Thank God for Browney not letting fear get the best of him, Thank God Fr fr
Great job browney!! And Arjen you as well. Browney for facing your fear and arjen just being by your friend's side for the support.
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
Me wants to flip: So try’s in the backyard
Him wants to flip: Rents out a whole building
Gymnast: I am trainer
Argen: I am the pushup guy
Get a trampoline so you can practice other flips! I think you’d get good really fast. Try and get into contact with tanner braungardt, he’s a UA-camr who’s great at flips and he also has been getting into fitness.
Bro at 9:59 I literally got goosebumps 🤯 it might not seem that much but it is really hard to get over even the smallest thing in your life with which you had a traumatic experience. Keep motivation us Browney and the guy in the blue shirt lots of love you you ❤
09:17 It's so sweet how Bram was happy that he finally got it😆
Flips are incredibly scary when you are first learning. But the hardest part is awareness but it’s definitely more mental than physical
hey browney!!✌️. I got a tip for you. When you are going to jump for the flip, you have to use your whole foot exctencion range. I carefully watched your technique and i observed that you were jumping from your heels... try to jump from your toes in order to maximize your power during the flip.👍💪🤞
Big tip :- just commit to the flip at the moment. Don't be hesitant just commit.
I am a national champion in men's gymnastics, and watching this has made me realize how far I've come. I remember how I was scared of flips just as you were. Great video, and good job on your flips.
This was inspirational, I have been so scared to do a back flip all my life, and to see you being able to do it made me so happy for some reason
I love how excited the gymnast gets when he see’s your friend stick his backflip.
4:26 WTF you can straddle planch????
2:56 legit almost made me spill out my drink XD
I love how Arjen did it confidently with no hesitation.
Pro gymnists are literally the best athletes on earth imo strength explosiveness endurance body control insane strength for weight and size
Ok this was actually rly insane. Guys remember to always overcome your fears!
Not sure if the guy is a trainer or just does it to win medals but he was doing a really good job of slowly fixing the positioning and roation to help ease in. Looks insanely fun to try
Doing flips is so much fun, haven't done then in over 10 years myself and I am currently working on getting back into it and even the process of getting there is just fun
This was such an amazing experience 🙌🔥
Pleaseee reply I have been into gymnastics for 1 year they all said I got into it just to get a backflip but that isn't true I got into gymnastics to make myself stronger and to do what I love
Ay the legend himself
Bro, what's your body type?? Ectomorph?? Figure it out - ua-cam.com/video/NPv5tM-34-Y/v-deo.html
Omg, i love this, this building us FLIKFLAK, and i used to go here twice a week and know the entire building, super cool!
This is maybe one of the best gym video on youtube. You learn so much stuff, see so much you have never seen before, and it's fun and legit to watch!
Browney: *Talking about how scared he is to flip after landing on his neck*
Me: *I wonder if those foam blocks are cheese*
You’re actually having a lot of progress in one day!
a flip on the floor is much different as you start with no rotational force than with the bar that just gives tons of rotational force. the problem is knowing when to let go from the bar.
Harry is the goat and Stan as well for putting his back flip in the intro
Imagine that the song break yaneck from busta rhymes was playing on the gym 🤣 that would be funny af 😂
Good video guys!! embrace your fears 💪
Just a tip I saw him going to far back and not enough up ⬆️ during his back tuck. Great video either way I am have been doing gymnastics for 5 years now
Not hate though a great first try
I went through a similar progression. I was afraid of the flip and just got in a gym, got some pointers and help from gymnasts, and pretty much got where you did in about 2 hours. Went home and kept at it on the grass or at the beach in the sand. After a little practice I was confident to do standing back flips even on hard surfaces.
Front flips were another thing and took me longer, I think because you can spot your landing easier with a back flip.
Its epic to see a calisthenics-gymnastics collab from browney!
Your films are something else. I like your style very much because you often made me laugh :D
"If you give him bulls*** tips, then I'll call out your bulls*** in the next video." Lol
I have the same back flipping problem as Browney in a way lol. Glad to see him over come it and improve. Taking note! :P
TIPS!!!!!! Try to set, a little more. Setting is were you go up before you start flipping. It can also help with not throwing your head back so much. Also grabbing your knees might help.
Very good tip, when I was first learning backflip, some times I got way more hight then others and ended up landing it, and it was because you just have to focus on an object in the background and as soon as your 90 degrees, make the tuck.
I love how even if Browney fails and his friend gets it he still hypes them up a real friend
As a young gymnast i also struggle with the high bar dismount flip
What I realized from this video is that Stan is the most fearful man I've ever seen in my entire life. And Arjen is a great man, big respect!
These videos makes our days better
Training with a gymnast is a dream bro, because you can increase your calisthenics level higher. Gymnastics is calisthenics ultimate form!
Bram is a legend
The Harry clip in the intro was iconic
WOW! that is really impresive. I love the hard work, but as a gymnast also, i would say that you would need to set more, which means to jump more upwards instead of backwards before you grab your legs and tuck. Keep up the good work! Love your vids!
1 hold the tuck slightly longer
2 jump straight up not backwards
That's pretty much it but he made really good progress
He never disappoints
I can relate to that pretty heavy. I was once able to do backflips but one time slipped on a wallbackflip and landed directly on my neck. It hurt like crazy and since then im terrified of trying it again due to fear of how it can injur you. But honestly, seeing this makes me want to try it again some time. I miss doing them now
It's great to see the support you give each other, positive vibes, in all the videos. This is what makes the videos good.
You know you’ve made it as a UA-camr when you start out a channel with “I rented this entire building out”
You should do the bring Sally up challenge with bench press. That would be interesting. Love you guys
Tip: jump up grab shins and pull em towards you.
Tip for frontflip : Pretend your throwing a ball then grab shins and tuck in
This was a dope video, I did gymnastics for a long ass time when I was younger and seeing some of theese gave me good flashbacks haha. Overall that’s insane in one day can be proud of yourselfs!
Regular people: ouch my spine hurts
Gymnasts: you guys have spines?
2M coming soon! Also W2S in the intro 😆
First time you had the look as me when watching your videos and it's saying GOD WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THIS?!🤣
Great Video. I can totally relate to the fear...still struggling to do a backflip on the hard ground. If anyone wants to learn the backflip from a bar, I can recommend just rolling in with no speed and then to slowly increase your swinging. You might touch the bar with your feet, but it does not hurt and it helps you t get comfortable with the movement.
tip for the back flip try to reach the ceiling with your chest so swing the arms up for height chest to the sky and grab your knee pockets and pull
men's gymnastics is such an amazing and fun sport, I've tried many sports and this is one I've stuck with for over 5 years. It takes a lot of mental and body control to do it so props to you guys for doing some of those skills, a russian is very hard to do on your first tries so that isn't really "easier". Your fly-aways were not to bad!
Omg! I havent seen Bram's content in forever 😱 lol so funny and weird that I had a feeling that that photoshop was of Bram! Only because they both are in the Netherlands. He's a really friendly athlete and I think I only started watching his content years ago, because I was also into Nile Wilson from the UK and started watching his content too, and since they're both gymnasts, it connected me to Bram. But I liked Bram's content because the music and editing he does. Also, he seems like a really nice person irl 🤷 also love the aesthetic
This hits home to me, because I did diving competitively (and wanted to go to the Olympics), until I had a very bad injury. After I healed from the injury, I was terrified of diving. It took me a long time to even get back on the board. I eventually did, but I "couldn't" do what I used to, and always bailed out of my dives. I ended up quitting, which put me in a major state of depression. To this day, this is still my biggest regret. I wish I had conquered my fear.
hope you're doing well now buddy
Dude...the guys hands are soooo red by the end of this it's giving me anxiety 😅🤣😂 Also~ Great job as always Arjen and Browney
Hey so I’m a gymnast, and first of all I love your guys content and great job on getting over your fears, but something that helped me when I was little learning a standing tuck was thinking about rotating by bringing my knees over my head rather than to my body idle that makes sense.
the content is going UP AND UP fr fav youtuber
For arjen, when you do a front flip, you start with your hands downards then going upwards with your arms fully extended. This is bad because you're kind of throwing a backflip when you're supposed to be doing a front flip. Keep your hands inwards going straight up (or already have them by your ears) then go out out and down like you're scooping a big bowl of ice cream infront of you. |-\
I am happy for you
You had a genuine smile when u got the flip in the place u fell before
Browney: NO WAY, NO WAY
Guyintheblueshirt: * silence *
I think browney forgets he’s. A 6ft2 guy and like 100 something lbs of muscle trying to flip brother is a freaking beast
I am a gymnast and dude I am stoked about your progress in one day it took me a month to learn a backflip also your work on the still rings ur strong af 😂🔥🔥❤️
Great job guys! ❤️ Amazing video, congrats for facing your fears and the progress you made Stan!
Imagine, Arthur Zanetti is a gold medalist and he said he's still not good on other stuff (he's a ring master) so these guys being not that good on other stuff isn't something weird, it's very common even pro guys working alot or even throwing the towel for determined gymnastics sections. So it was a awesome job for 24h
Brad: I trained for 20 years to be a Pro Gymnast
Browney: I Tried To Become Pro Gymnast In 24 Hours
As someone who can do triple and quad flips on trampoline, the mental block is super hard when you first start trying flips but quickly goes away. I did my first quadruple frontflip on garden trampoline in October and it was so scary but now I've done it at least 10 times and the fear is completely gone
A quadruple frontflip on a garden trampoline? I'm calling this BS 🤣
@@trainquest I've met people who've done quintuple front on garden trampoline so quad isn't even that unrealistic
Browney is just so motivational, learns things that I would probably never try
