This may be one of the most important videos you’ve done. Facing fears is no joke and you did it, and let all of us watch it. So proud of you thank you for taking us a long! You’ve inspired me to do the same.
I struggle a lot with depression, and Stan is someone who I can always count on to entertain me and make me laugh and smile. Keep up the awesome work Stan.
bro best option is to learn to deal with it. Go gym, go to school, work go hang out with friend do something. think positive not the negative learn something talk with family friends. I hope you get better.
@@huseyinz1873 I don't think I can generalize. And there are different levels of depression. I had a friend who killed himself because of it, he was smart and funny, with a good job, a wonderful wife and kids. I never expected it to get him. It can be very powerful. But others just have days when they lose their will and vitality. It can't be fixed by just keeping busy, but sometimes it is helped. I won't ever be able to do what these guys do but it can inspire me not to give up.
depression isnt an illness... its just an excuse people make when they are having a bad time just to be like "hey im not weak, its an illness!" Fr tho, i didnt type this as hate or anything despite it sounding like that, i just wanted to say, get on with your life and its gonna be fine :)
My biggest fear is getting out of my comfort zone which I believe a lot of people can relate to and this video is actually helping me become a bit more confident in myself and what I can achieve.
Why do you sound like you googled some generic quote? Define getting out of comfort zone. Is it a triple salto or getting out of your house? And how does this actually help you?
I am so impressed with you for overcoming your fear. Start of last year I fell out of a handstand wrong, badly winded myself for the first time and my back hurt for weeks. I was so scared to handstand again, and it still scares me to do it without a wall or something behind me that I can rely on if I over shoot it. But getting there slowly. You’re an inspiration
I have to compliment you for having all these sport related videos full of joy. I think in a phase where most health and fitness related channels and videos are dead serious, your videos remember me that doing sports is not something you should do to be a functioning member of society, but you practice them to have fun. Cannot wait for your next video!
I'm always impressed by your willingness to show the viewers that things are hard, and sometimes they don't work out, and that's okay. Huge progress! You're nearly there!
I love the way you are honest to us about being scared and not be able to do everything because of that fear and because you are only human, you know. Thank you for a great and a truthful video!
I have been training gymnastic for 4 months after 4 years of calisthenics. I think this progress is actually pretty fast. And I think Bram is really patient here
As a gymmast myself, overcoming fear of a skill is one of the hardest things in gymnastics, but also the most rewarding thing in gymnastics. Congrats Browney!
If you want to succeed in any sport, be it fighting, bodybuilding or become a pro gymnast, you will definitely have to watch what you eat. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it on Next Level Diet iirc. At the beginning it was hard to eat 2500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
That gymnast dude was so real. And just hilarious "will we have to bring this up?" " :^] eventually." I wish I had that energy. Good Lord congrats on facing your fears and trying something new.
About 4 years ago I was doing flips on the trampoline, and landed on my neck and got whiplash. It made me really scared of doing backflips until my dad got my to try it again, and now I can do backflips really easily. Keep going and we’d love to see you so the same!
Great video, I like your progress! Backflip tip: you are not jumping high enough, your main focus is to just flip, just like I did when I first started.
Bro at 9:59 I literally got goosebumps 🤯 it might not seem that much but it is really hard to get over even the smallest thing in your life with which you had a traumatic experience. Keep motivation us Browney and the guy in the blue shirt lots of love you you ❤
As a cheerleader who previously injured myself tumbling I know what the fear that it brings. I couldn’t walk for six months, and now am currently working on layouts with tons of anxiety. Btw: You did amazing!
Pleaseee reply I have been into gymnastics for 1 year they all said I got into it just to get a backflip but that isn't true I got into gymnastics to make myself stronger and to do what I love
I went through a similar progression. I was afraid of the flip and just got in a gym, got some pointers and help from gymnasts, and pretty much got where you did in about 2 hours. Went home and kept at it on the grass or at the beach in the sand. After a little practice I was confident to do standing back flips even on hard surfaces. Front flips were another thing and took me longer, I think because you can spot your landing easier with a back flip.
hey browney!!✌️. I got a tip for you. When you are going to jump for the flip, you have to use your whole foot exctencion range. I carefully watched your technique and i observed that you were jumping from your heels... try to jump from your toes in order to maximize your power during the flip.👍💪🤞
Get a trampoline so you can practice other flips! I think you’d get good really fast. Try and get into contact with tanner braungardt, he’s a UA-camr who’s great at flips and he also has been getting into fitness.
Not sure if the guy is a trainer or just does it to win medals but he was doing a really good job of slowly fixing the positioning and roation to help ease in. Looks insanely fun to try
even though I am a year late in this I am completely extremely proud of you man for your progress. I also have a bit of trauma from flipping and I am hoping to overcome it eventually, watching this makes me feel like I should keep trying and never give up so thank you for comments like this.
I am a national champion in men's gymnastics, and watching this has made me realize how far I've come. I remember how I was scared of flips just as you were. Great video, and good job on your flips.
a flip on the floor is much different as you start with no rotational force than with the bar that just gives tons of rotational force. the problem is knowing when to let go from the bar.
TIPS!!!!!! Try to set, a little more. Setting is were you go up before you start flipping. It can also help with not throwing your head back so much. Also grabbing your knees might help.
Very good tip, when I was first learning backflip, some times I got way more hight then others and ended up landing it, and it was because you just have to focus on an object in the background and as soon as your 90 degrees, make the tuck.
men's gymnastics is such an amazing and fun sport, I've tried many sports and this is one I've stuck with for over 5 years. It takes a lot of mental and body control to do it so props to you guys for doing some of those skills, a russian is very hard to do on your first tries so that isn't really "easier". Your fly-aways were not to bad!
Doing flips is so much fun, haven't done then in over 10 years myself and I am currently working on getting back into it and even the process of getting there is just fun

I love that you force yourself to face your fears. It truly motivates others to do the same. Awesome video ☺️
If you've come this far after one day, you really should keep going. It would be very cool if we see Gymnast content on your channel in the future :)
