Those tank holes are from the wrecker I'd say. They put holes in the tank to drain fluids as its flammable.

connect that maf up properly, run some injector cleaner through it and hopefully it clears up! may have to dump the oil after a few heat cycles to remove any built up gunk :P keen to see how it goes
