Wow, that's a pretty darned sweet stagecoach! I'm amazed that you cut those really thin parts with the scroll saw. Well, I'm not amazed that YOU can do it. Fine work, my friend!

As the "Most Interesting Man in the World" might say: I don't always watch scroll saw videos, but when I do, I watch Charles Dearing.

Amazing Charles, Who needs a band saw when you have scroll saw skills like that. It still gets me how you can cut so fine pieces, some of them must only be a couple of millimetres wide. Awesome scrolling.

Michael Felabom I don't miss the cold at all, but, knowing me I'll gripe about the heat too! Thanks Michael

Now I wish I had a scrollsaw. This is very cool. I got nervous when the blade got near your fingers when it was x16 speed but you were being very careful & patient. I don't know if I would be patient enough to make those cuts. LOL.

Very nice wagon! Those free patterns you put on your website the other day were amazing and greatly appreciated! I've been trying out your pattern making technique and it's working out pretty good, obviously I don't have as much detail as your pattern yet but I'm working on it! Great video once again

Beautiful work Charles. Walnut was a perfect choice for this piece it looks very authentic. By the way have you thought about burning those lines instead of using Ink?

Charles do you think for a beginner we should cut our inside cuts before the perimeters?

Miter Mike's Woodshop Interior first so that the piece is more stable as a whole.

would you happen to know of anyone that makes six inch scroll saw blades.the reason i ask is i'd like to start cutting patterens with more finer cuts, like some of those you and others do.i've look at different sites but all i can find are 5 inch.i bought a 15 " delta several years ago and it works fine for most of the patterens i do.just looking for something a bit different.i've measured the length between the upper and lower blade mounts for the pinless blades and i need a blade that measures around 5 1/2 ".the pinned blades that i currently am useing are 5 " and good for simple patterens but i'd like something to make finer cuts with.and after seeing your work as well as others,i was really impressed.thanks for any help you can offer.

everett thornton Thank you Everett. I don't believe any blades exist longer than 5 inches. Take in mind when clamped, the upper arm is lowered some. It's most likely spring loaded in the upward position when there's not a blade in it. Measure with the upper arm all the way down. Also consider contacting the manufacturer of your saw for a blade adapter if needed.

ok charles, thanks.i have seen some like back in the 80's when i bought my first scroll saw.believe it not it used 7" blades, still have a few as a matter of fact, but very very dull.i can't remember what brand it was because it's been such a long time ago.guess i'll have to find a scroll saw that wiil take the type of blades i'm wanting to use.thanks again.i'll keep watching your videos and look forward to many more great things that you do.
