After having WWI and WWII all within 20 years of each other. Germany and Japan lost there way and tried to take over the world twice. After WWII USA decided to stay behind in both countries. We actually spent money helped them rebuild. Conquering nations/ kingdom all of history never did that. Being in both locations -:kept things stable. China would have taking over all of Asia. And Russia would have taken over Europe. US Navy kept pirates at Bay allowing global trade to happen. Also a 1st. I could have retired long ago if was not got the taxes paid. Paying for above.
