I received mine today and I installed it just a few minutes ago. I used the stickers to guide the protector like you did and it went flawlessly on the first try, exactly like in the vid. No bubble and perfectly aligned. Thanks for the great trick !
Orzly Ok so I had the am film protector and I am seeing the adhesive coming off after only 3 days of use. I even waited 12 hours before playing the console. Will this hold up to the heat of the dock and switch when in tv mode? Thanks
Wow what a great company! I misapplied my first 2 protectors so I asked them if they could do a replacement and after sending them pictures they were happy to oblige. Just received the replacement package now, never seen customer service like this before! Awesome!
4:26 "We've been seeing some of the concerns you guys had about the screen protector and the dock" Oh my god, a company that actually reads about our problems/questions and actually addresses it! This is amazing customer service
Fantastic method and tutorial. No bubbles, no dust. It’s literally perfect. Thank you so much. Recommending these protectors to everyone I know with a switch. Great price, perfect clarity, thin, and easy to install. Thank you!
I've always had trouble putting any kind of screen protector on, but that hinge method was brilliant and did the charm! Not a single bubble on my switch's screen, I didn't even have to push any out it just slipped right on perfectly first try! Thank you so much for showing that!
I bought one for my new switch I got some weeks ago, and I never have put a screenprotector on anything in my life! And this video helped me installing mine for the first time ever. It went so smooth and quick, no dust, no airbubbles at all! Thanks a lot! :)
Thanks guys. Just followed your tutorial and now have a perfectly placed screen protector. Will be using your products on all my other tech as so easy to apply
Received yesterday and installed just now. Normally don't buy screen protectors as I usually make a mess of applying them. The fact this is rigid helped. Fitted absolutely spot on following this video. Thank you.
Got the screen protector in the mail today, followed your guide and it's a perfect fit! The adhesive spread out with a simple touch in the centre, no bubbles at all. Thank you!
Wow! So easy to apply using this tutorial! I won't be afraid to dock my Switch anymore. Also, it fit perfectly with only one bubble on FIRST try. Used the plastic card and removed it instantly! Also, got it 4 days before it was due to arrive!
Finally a screen protector which applies properly! Every single screen protector I try either lifts up at the edges or has huge patches where there is no adhesive. I'm actually shocked because I am usually terrible at applying screen protectors but for once it was actually easy.
I have never been able to install a screen protector without bubbles, dust particles, hairs and what not. Because of your video/process I have just installed the Orzly glass and I must say the finishing is like it has come installed from the factory. Much appreciated.
Got mine a few days ago, works wonderfully! It was so easy to put in place using tape, I had a really big bubble in the middle after I put it on, but I massaged it away. Highly recommend this, looks fine and seems to work well. It doesn't make the screen any way less usable.
brilliant product! looks incredible, the most protective, clear and zero bubbles!!!!!!! i bought my switch second and it has light scratches on the screen and with the tempered glass it completely hides them, making the screen look completely brand new.
This is an incredible screen protector. I just unboxed my switch and put it straight on using the hinge method and it fell on flawlessly. No bubbles, no dust, didn't need to even push on it, it just adhered itself to the screen perfectly. I have never had a screen protector work so well first time. Good job!
just installed the Orzly switch protector using the hinge method down here... at dropping it was like magic watching the adhesion spread from the center out...only needed the little tool to press on the two bottom corners, took 15 seconds total, incredibly easy
Thank you, 32 years old and I finally put the screen protector on 99% perfect, tiny tiny air bubble left but not noticeable at all, legend :) Edit: Now on 100% perfect after leaving it over night. Love it
Thanks for the application tip! I had a few bubbles attempting this but they were removed painlessly with the help of just lifting and reseating the protector with the little plastic tab 👍🏻
Glad I got this screen protector for my Switch. It's been on there for around a year now. It still hasn't got a single scratch on it despite heavy use of the Switch. No other problems with it either, very easy to clean to. Looks the same as it did when I applied it to the screen a year ago.
Orzly Thank you for making an exceptional product! Completes my Nintendo Switch setup and gives me peace of mind too. (Thanks also for liking and retweeting my tweet too). 👊
Oh god thanks!! I tried to install my first without the stickers and I got a few very large bubbles. I tried to fix it for a while then turned to this video. I was concerned to use the second one and then it worked like magic! No bubbles at all! Thanks :)
One of the most important things I’d say also is just take your time doing this. If it takes you an hour to put on a screen protector then it takes an hour. Repeatedly rechecking for dust/hair and wiping gently. Wiping fast generates some static which causes hair and dust to be attracted to glass I’ve found.
Great product and great video guide, thank you. Just installed mine using the techniques shown here and it worked perfectly. You can hardly notice it's on the device and it restricts nothing when it comes to the screen. On a side note, you can keep the dust stickers if you chose to use them to hinge the protector in place, just re-stick them back to the sheet they came off for later.
Finger prints do appear on the screen when it's been touched a lot but they don't restrict the display tbh. They are removed instantly when cleaned with a cloth though.
Just 2 days ago my switch would have been a gooner if not for this protection and really good and simple video how to apply it. Highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good screen protector.
Fits great with little gap at all around the edge like it looks on the video for me...however two screen protectors in the box but only one alcohol wipe...so if the second one is needed sometime, there's no wipe :(
notrichyet you shouldn't need one, as if you have had a screen protector over the top there will be no finger grease on the display, just a tiny amount of dust which can be wiped off. Anyway you can buy alcohol wipes for really cheap.
2:43, it is tough to pull the tab to remove the film, because i tried the hinge method. As i slowly peel of the tab, the screen protector was completely removed from the dust stickers, leaving it to expose to dust! then i immediately place it on the screen and got crooked alignments too! in that case do i need stronger tape or stickers to hold the screen protector?
I broke both my glass protectors trying to install these on my Switch. Following the instructions I ended up with a few big air bubbles I couldn't smooth out. Tried to reset the screen protector and cracked the glass on the side. 2nd one did something similar with trying to get the glass in the center to stick first. Was really hoping glass screen protectors would go on as easy as in this video. That 'tape hinge' thing probably would of made things go on a lot simpler!
Mine took a while to come as I ordered mine on the 4th or 5th, but after putting it on (I did not use my stickers because the way the dude did it was just way too tense for me) it looks great. Honestly worth the wait. EDIT: remember to NOT dock your switch for about a day to ensure the adhesive settles or whatever. I plan on actually not using my switch at all today.
Hi, I recently got this screen protector and it seemed to work great! But, I cluelessly placed the fresh glass on a dusty table and now there is fuzz and things all over the sticky side of the glass. I also used both included stickers. Is there any alternative way I can clean them without those stickers?
Just applied it earlier! Fantastic protector, very easy to apply and I'd highly recommend this. It replaced the Hori one i had (had a few dust particles get in on the left side, also wanted to try this as there was a lot of praise surrounding it). Unfortunately i got a white spec of dust on the left hand side just as i applied :( which i was gutted about. This was in a steamy bathroom too, very annoying. Tempted to try remove the dust, but worried more might creep in as i lift the protector up with tape. Used the hinge method too, which is a must.
I feel your pain, it happened to me too. Just this one dust speck on the left of my screen after I applied the protector. o well at least my screen is protected now.
Is the alcohol wipe and cleaning cloth necessary if I'm putting on the screen protector on a brand new Switch right out of the box (before even using the system)?
The hinge method was great but I do have a bubble that I can't get out. Peeling these back in any way seems to make that portion never stick again. Tips???
Just noticed the smallest black particle that must have got under when I took the tape off the back. How do I removed the tempered glass safely to reset and clean the screen and screen cover?
I have a bubble on my second screen protector after 4 years , as the bubble on my last one ended up cracking it's just in the bottom left corner but so annoying
mine is slightly off aligned just did it today followed the method. the first time I did glass anything its ok have another glass protector i might buy more just for future
I just bought some for my switch I never knew that method before when I it it on I alway got dust or durt under it after I cleaned it I’m going to try it that way when I get them
Just received my Orzly screen protectors but they won’t stick to my switch. I do have a skin applied, and have seen other people with skins and screen protectors on top. But when I tried to put mine on it only stuck to a small part of the middle of the screen and nothing else. So far I’ve only tried one of the screen protectors, I did get a second but didn’t want to waste it in case I was doing something wrong.
Ordered mine from amazon a few days ago should be with me by the end of the week. Haven't even docked my switch yet, after all the concerns on scratching! Will edit once arrived to reflect my opinions but I'm guessing they will be positive.
Got my switch 1st then got my ultimate geek pack from 'ORZLY' & everything is perfect, I'm so grateful for this step by step video too as I have successfully put my screen protector on 1st time perfectly, thank you so much this has been a great help to me & many others 👍🏿my daughter has the nintendo lite & i did get a screen protector but I will be getting ORZLY brand & using that instead💯👌🏿as its so quick & simple to put on & the plus side is it looks like its not even on there 😊
Nice guide, unfortunately my newer screen protector doesn't actually come with an installation guide, hence why I looked for this video, going to install it today with the method shown, hopefully it goes well.
Put mine on effortlessly. Makes the product look much better. 5 star prOduct. By the way I am not affiliated with Nintendo or orZly or anyone for that matter but I was so happy with the pRoduct I felt inspired to comment
Holy shit, i just applied mine and got no dust beneath at all, thanks Orzly awesome guide. Oh and the quality and clearness its top notch! It took fucking forever to arrive though, lol.
mine came without installation guide. I'm used to using a brand that has handles on it. does this work the same? EDIT: guide worked perfectly, thank you. it was a little slippy, and my hands were shaking as I was nervous, but it worked. I think the most important step is the actual cleaning stage though, as getting something stuck under the protector is a nightmare. on my first switch I did this the first time I set up the screen protector. Now i always make sure there is nothing on the screen or the protector first.
This is my second pack of screen protectors i have purchased my first pack were from amfilm but the second pack i got from orzly i put one on my switch it has gone on all perfect with no dust under the screen protector but the screen protector has got flaws it has got finger prints on the adhesive side and they are not mine it has got a round circle on the adhesive side also and it has a scratch on it
Hey orzly or anybody else that can possibly help. I just fitted this screen protector and it went on well but I have a tiny hair trapped under the temperd glass. That's fine because I can barely see it. Only on pure white background ect. I also have a bit of dust or maybe a tiny trapped partical under screen that's right on the far right of screen where the sticker was that you peel. If I wanted to try and replace in the future, how would I get the screen protector off without damaging my switch? I'm prob not going to replace, unless I need to because I could get a worse result but if it bothers me too much, then I may take my chances. The instal was very easy, I followed this vid but just bloody wish I didn't have the trapped dirt. I did try to gently pry up the protector to try remove but I couldn't peel it and didn't want to force it up in case it didn't stick to screen. Also, I hear you should wait 24 hours after fitting glass, before putting switch in dock. Is this true? Also, am I ok to play in hand held mode right away!? Or do I have to wait a few hours?
You can use the applicator card over the top of the screen protector, using firm pressure and slowly push the hair out. If it's being really stubborn and you decide to apply a new screen protector be sure to give the console a thorough clean with the wet wipes and micro-fibre cloth provided. Face the adhesive side of the screen protector down at all times when applying so dust doesn't land on it. Hope this helps! : )
Thanks for reply, I think I'm just being a little bitch. The tiny hair is only bout 2mm in size and the other partical is only on the boarder of the screen. When you say use application card to push out the hair, do you mean the small piece of card, like what a guitar player would use? If so, I may give it a go. I turned on switch for bout 2mins, just to check how it turned out. I've left it over night and I will be having a go on it when I get home from work tonight.
I cannot for the life of me install these without hair ending up under screen protector, probably because of the two cats and a dog I live with. Can these screen protectors be cleaned and reused? I'd like to try cleaning them and maybe reinstalling them at work where I have access to cleaner surroundings.
@Orzly Got mine installed and it looked great. I waited until the following day to start playing Zelda with the Switch docked, and I immediately started noticing the left side getting an air bubble. Almost like the heat generated from the Switch in dock mode was causing the screen protector to come off. Now every time I play docked, when I'm done, I have to undock and press my finger against the spot to smooth it back down. It's only the left side. And the protector is lined up perfectly so I don't understand why only the left side gets this issue.
Why doesn't the instruction manual mention using the dust stickers to align the screen? That's smart. Would have saved my from misaligning my sheets. 2nd order is on the way though. The quality is apparent and I can hardly blame production for my own clumsiness. ;)
The only issue I have with applying the glass is that even when the screen is perfecly clean and has no dust particles on it (spent 5-10 minutes making sure it was clean), when I pull off the plastic piece that protects the adhesive dust gets on the edges and a few pieces of dust get on the main area of the glass before I can put it on the screen. I didn't see them till after it was already on. I used up the second screen getting better results but not as good as I would like. I'm hoping it won't affect gameplay but this is frustrating. Is there anything that can be done about it? I will say that with the dust particle issue aside, this is the best and easiest screen to apply. There were zero bubbles in the main screen area at all. The only place that had a little bit of air was the small corner on the bottom right. It happened with both screens but I used the card it came with and the air left the screen without an issue. I will also say that I don't have my glass perfectly matching the screen but it's really close and the glass is almost a perfect fit for the screen. To me it's not even an issue because of how close it is.
The alcohol wipe is there to help make sure that the screen is as clean as possible before you apply the tempered glass. If there is dust, it can cause bubbles to form underneath the tempered glass. Nothing will happen if you don't use it, we just make sure that you get a perfect install first time.
Coming from a critic like me you barely hear compliments like these come out of my mouth. i just absolutely love this product and I highly recommend it if you are planning on buying a screen protector
That hinge method is brilliant. Cheers Terrance, much appreciated!
I received mine today and I installed it just a few minutes ago. I used the stickers to guide the protector like you did and it went flawlessly on the first try, exactly like in the vid. No bubble and perfectly aligned. Thanks for the great trick !
Glad to hear it! Happy to help!
do you get fingerprints easily?
Orzly Ok so I had the am film protector and I am seeing the adhesive coming off after only 3 days of use. I even waited 12 hours before playing the console. Will this hold up to the heat of the dock and switch when in tv mode? Thanks

that hinge method is amazeing
no more ruined screen protectors for me
Impressed with background info and tutorial is easy to follow.
It definitely feels more secure, putting into Switch Dock now.
Thank you for running the tests regarding all of the concerns and posting this informative video. Mine should be arriving soon, hopefully.
Received yesterday and installed just now. Normally don't buy screen protectors as I usually make a mess of applying them. The fact this is rigid helped. Fitted absolutely spot on following this video. Thank you.

Great Video. I bought your screen protector yesterday and this video was a very good help. It fits perfect and without any bubbles left.
Cool! This should help me instal it properly. Thx for the hinge method idea dude.
Amazing! This is a excellent screen protector, I've had this screen protector for about 5 months, still no scratches or anything. Great job Orzly!
This is an incredible screen protector. I just unboxed my switch and put it straight on using the hinge method and it fell on flawlessly. No bubbles, no dust, didn't need to even push on it, it just adhered itself to the screen perfectly. I have never had a screen protector work so well first time. Good job!
Thanks, Mark We're glad you like it!
Orzly I got the comfort grip case and the hard case too. You guys are killing it on the third party accessories front.
just installed the Orzly switch protector using the hinge method down here... at dropping it was like magic watching the adhesion spread from the center out...only needed the little tool to press on the two bottom corners, took 15 seconds total, incredibly easy
I followed the same method and it worked like a charm.
Thank you, 32 years old and I finally put the screen protector on 99% perfect, tiny tiny air bubble left but not noticeable at all, legend :)
Edit: Now on 100% perfect after leaving it over night. Love it
Finally.
Can't wait for mine to come.
It has been shipped 10 days ago :)
Davor me too, mine is now several days past the due delivery date. Anyone else waiting too long?
Mine was due on the 8th-13th March and it finally came today. (16th March)
Fred Ackrill I still didn't receive my item.
It has been almost 3 weeks.
I live in Croatia.
mine too
Contact them via Amazon i got a reply pretty quickly and they said they sent me another one out.
Thanks for the application tip!
I had a few bubbles attempting this but they were removed painlessly with the help of just lifting and reseating the protector with the little plastic tab 👍🏻
Had mixed results with TG screen protectors but just tried the hinge method for the first time. Worked a treat, thanks.
Glad it helped!
Glad I got this screen protector for my Switch. It's been on there for around a year now. It still hasn't got a single scratch on it despite heavy use of the Switch. No other problems with it either, very easy to clean to. Looks the same as it did when I applied it to the screen a year ago.
Is that heavy use docked? I'm very worried about the heat and the adhesive.
Worked exactly like in this video. Flawless!
Just bought the switch lite with Orzly case combo. Everything was perfect and great Quality... thank so much Orzly :)
Thank you so much, did exactly what you did and it came out perfect!
My first one went onto my Switch Lite in a snap! I'm impressed!
Nice!
Got mine earlier this week; great fit, great responsiveness, stupendously easy to apply, strong and just plain awesome.
Thank you Orzly!!! \m/
We're glad you like it! thanks for buying Orzly
Thanks :)
This is a fantastic screen protector and you get 2 for a very cheap price. Works really well. A+
Thank you for this video - informative and entertaining. I ordered mine on the 4th. I hope it comes soon (US).

You're welcome, thanks for watching!
fingerprints?
Finger prints do appear on the screen when it's been touched a lot but they don't restrict the display tbh. They are removed instantly when cleaned with a cloth though.
Thank you so much for showing us the hinge method!! I used it and I placed it exactly how I wanted it :)
Glad I could help!
I should have watched this before i tried the first installation...this method works perfect for me. Many thanks!
Just 2 days ago my switch would have been a gooner if not for this protection and really good and simple video how to apply it.
Highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good screen protector.

Ordered this. Can't wait for it to come in the mail. Could you do a video for the full body silicon case and the joycon gel grips?
One order of silicone body case with a side of Joy-con grips coming right up :-)
2:43, it is tough to pull the tab to remove the film, because i tried the hinge method. Honestly worth the wait.
EDIT: remember to NOT dock your switch for about a day to ensure the adhesive settles or whatever. I plan on actually not using my switch at all today.
I ordered mine a while back. I hope it arrives soon. I'm currently using a plastic screen protector but want to switch to a glass one asap
Orzly make some amazing Switch screen protectors.
Wow! Thank you! I love the accessory bundle by the way.
Thanks! Took me a few watch thoughts after I had tried to put it on wrong but now I got it. Thanks so much!!!
Thanks for the video. I applied this screen protector with this method and almost did it perfectly if I do say so myself.
Hi, I recently got this screen protector and it seemed to work great! But, I cluelessly placed the fresh glass on a dusty table and now there is fuzz and things all over the sticky side of the glass. facemischief I'm also wondering this
The hinge method was great but I do have a bubble that I can't get out. Peeling these back in any way seems to make that portion never stick again. Tips???
Just got mines today. Can't wait to put it on

Hinge method...brilliant, brother. Perfect product, video, and method. Thank you!
Glad it helped
Great products, I got mine thanks to a friend who lives in Canada, I'm from México and will be awesome to get your products here, greetings!!
Thank you so much for this video. I normally have a lot of trouble with these screen protectors but this was so easy.
Oh my gosh I would love to win this for my son. It's all he wants for Christmas.
Got my switch 1st then got my ultimate geek pack from 'ORZLY' & everything is perfect, I'm so grateful for this step by step video too as I have successfully put my screen protector on 1st time perfectly, thank you so much this has been a great help to me & many others 👍🏿my daughter has the nintendo lite & i did get a screen protector but I will be getting ORZLY brand & using that instead💯👌🏿as its so quick & simple to put on & the plus side is it looks like its not even on there 😊
if I decide to remove it, will it left off residue on the screen?
No, they won't be any residue left on your screen.
does the adhesive actually damage the plastic screen on the switch? maybe over long time use? anyone know?
Will check it out on Thursday :)
Nice guide, unfortunately my newer screen protector doesn't actually come with an installation guide, hence why I looked for this video, going to install it today with the method shown, hopefully it goes well.
Does this prevent it from any other scratches or damage caused by the dock to the front screen/bezel?
Just ordered mine since my Amfilm one failed me miserably, I hope you’re product works for me! :)
Put mine on effortlessly. Makes the product look much better. 5 star prOduct. By the way I am not affiliated with Nintendo or orZly or anyone for that matter but I was so happy with the pRoduct I felt inspired to comment
How easy is it to remove?
Mines got a few hairs in that I could only see after I turned the screen on, overall id give mine a 7/10, hoping the bits of hair wont get in the way
My screen is popping out a bit. I hope that won’t affect anything.
dose it hide small scratchs like barly visible
Holy shit, i just applied mine and got no dust beneath at all, thanks Orzly awesome guide.
Oh and the quality and clearness its top notch!

mine came without installation guide.
This is my second pack of screen protectors i have purchased my first pack were from amfilm but the second pack i got from orzly i put one on my switch it has gone on all perfect with no dust under the screen protector but the screen protector has got flaws it has got finger prints on the adhesive side and they are not mine it has got a round circle on the adhesive side also and it has a scratch on it
Mine should arrive this week. Cant wait.
that top left corner YIKES
Mine still hasn't come yet., It shipped more than a month ago!
Does the Orzly protector have rounded edges like some of the others?
You make this look easy but the tempered glass can easily shift forward whilst you're removing he tear piece and scratch the screen at the bottom
Good technique. Thanks for sharing
quick question whats happends if you dont use alcohol screen wipe?
The alcohol wipe is there to help make sure that the screen is as clean as possible before you apply the tempered glass. If there is dust, it can cause bubbles to form underneath the tempered glass. Nothing will happen if you don't use it, we just make sure that you get a perfect install first time.
Hi! Easy to remove the protection without any marks on the switch's screen ?
Yeah, it comes of easily and leaves no marks
Coming from a critic like me you barely hear compliments like these come out of my mouth. i just absolutely love this product and I highly recommend it if you are planning on buying a screen protector
J
ust applied mine, first try and no bubbles!
