Vinyl windows, drilled about 3 inches into the sill and there's nothing under it, seems like it's airgapped. How to proceed?
Put it on the inside sill.
Why do you need to make 2 new holes with a round spacer if previously when making the first hole you already see 3 holes. It's not clear...
