120g warm milk
3g yeast
20g sugar
20g melted butter(unsalted)
180g bread flour
pinch of salt(optional)
2 potatoes (400g)
20g cooked bacon
1tbsp chopped green onion
40g milk
240g mozzarella cheese(120g per one bread)

this is a common dish in pakistan... it's called stuffed paratha... you can search for even more interesting recipes with more intricate textures and flavors.. :) there's a special type of paratha called "Lachhaydar" paratha.. that is the ultimate final form of Paratha. :) the process is similar to what you did but instead of flattening out the dough on top and bottom, make a long tube then place it down like a spiral from the inside to outside and then flatten it... then add the cheese and whatever.. it makes the dough more flaky and totally changes the texture :)
