How do I add the original account (that was there before connecting to domain) of the Windows 10 Machine under the Users?

That user can't be added to domain users. That account can be used to login in system as local administrator, domain users are created separately from DC or any client machine using domain Administrator users only

User create karane ke baad user ko local login ka policy dena padata hai na

Agr hm us user ko server pe login allow krana chahte h to but prefer nhi kiya jata k hm users ko server pe login allow karein. Client machine me login krne k liye policy requirement nhi hoti h

windows server 2016 (AD) reference account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to how to resolved ther server

If you are Administrator then from AD users and computers, open properties of the user by right clicking on the user account and the n under account option unlock the account. If you are not having administrative rights please ask your administrator to unlock the account

We cant login with these user unless admin assign us permission i am here to know how to assign permission to these accounts

Those users can't login to server itself, once you join any system to domain, those users can login to domain joined devices / client systems

If you want to allow any user to login in server then from group policy you need to enable 'allow log on locally' right
