Gladys - so happy you gave this brand some view time. I've tried and really really liked their Extreme SPF 50+ on my face. I am awaiting their tinted face product, but I am A-ok with using their body/face product on my face so far. I have corresponded with their product teams and it is most recommended to use *directly* onto clean, dry skin (watery serums are ok to use before Ultrasun, they told me) and letting it fully set before any other moisturizer or cream. Their products have about 1/3 UVA for their stated SPF. Therefore, since I am prone to hyperpigmentation, I layer on Mesoprotect 130+ or UV Cure on top (both extremely high UVA) over my cheeks and nose. BUT, I love that I no longer worry about re-applying three times a day. With normal/combo skin, their Extreme version gave me enough moisture around the face (not enough at the undereye), though it took a good two hours to fully set in for me AND does leave a slight white cast on my Fitzpatrick III. The best of all... once it set, it gave me a super smooth canvas skin - my skin felt and looked taught as if I was wearing a super-firming serum. I only use loose powder to bring down any shine, and my normal tinted powder made me look quite flawless. I am beyond pleased. Thanks Gladys for reviewing this brand.
Thank you for making these review. I have tried it the face SPF 50 with honey tint and I am grateful to share with you that I love it. I also point out, that these creams have an exceptional UVA protection as you referred in your video. I like it for my combination skin face. I am happy of someone knows the brand apart from me.
I’m glad that you found me too. This brand is not a well known brand, but it’s rele good sunscreen.

I bought the big family pack for the entire family to use on vacations. Everyone has to put SPF before going out. Than we take a smaller one for reapplying. :)
The SPF 50+ honey tint is amazing imo! Especially in the summer since if you apply two layers i can wear it place of foundation _(easy to reapply)_ When I first switched over to the sunscreen my stubborn hyperpigmentation finally started fading after only after a month. It’s my favorite sunscreen when I’m using retinoids.
How do you know is some lotion is clogging pores, does anyone know 4:38? I think I have small or very small pores in most of my face but I still dont want to clogg them.
I find Ultrasun non-irritating but it feels thick and claggy on my skin. It takes a long time to dry down and feels sticky until it does. I also feel it casts a white shadow on my skin. Generally, I don't like the feel or look of it. I bought a huge bottle to try as it was on special offer so still use it in the height of summer if I have been using retinol or have exfoliated the night before. Really, I prefer a more liquid facial sunscreen like La Roche-posay or Ambre Solaire. Thanks for sharing x
Not cool for dark skin tone, kinda difficult to blend, leaves a bit of white cast and separates. Bought the family size....looking for someone with albinism to give it to. The protection is evident though and does not cause break out (My skin is acne prone and oily)
The anti pigmentation version has Ascorbyl Glucoside, which is a pretty mild version of vitamin c derivatives, so you could try a more potent derivative.
Is this greasy?? :((( I found that most of the sunscreen are greasy :(( and can this be applied on the eyelids? Will the sunscreen run into eyes after a while ?? Thanks!!
@@jessicarahma1943 I think ultrasun is the exception as it has ingredients that make it Cling to the skin (or so I've read). It's the only sunscreen i know of that is applied 15 mins BEFORE serums or moisturiser. I reapply halfway through the day but if I've been sweating or swimming etc I also do it then. I don't sweat or swim much though 🤣
have you tried the brand "kiss me mommy"? they have sunscreen without alcohol. i like them on my face but idk about the efficacy of its uva protection. what do you think?
@@skincareli cant wait. another european-brand sunscreen i found that's alchol-free is riemann p20 spf 50 for kids! looking at the ingredients it looks to have pretty good uva filters too.

Would you say, with the mineral SPF in it, this product can be safe for sun exposure right after application or, like chemical sunscreens, one has to wait 20min?
Actually, all the sunscreen works immediately. The reason why the instruction says 20mins because some of the formula might take time to set on your face. so It's not the mineral or not mineral that affects how quickly the sunscreen works, it actually depends on the texture. I layer quite a lot of skincare before my sunscreen, so I would wait for 10-15 for any sunscreen to set before I step outside.
This is actually a combination sunscreen it has both mineral(physical) sunscreen ingredients and chemical filters ingredients

Amazing ! The mineral spf 30 one ( it's a white a green bottle) is soothing and waterproof . But you need to double cleanse in order to take it off , it leaves a slight white cast so if you're medium to deep skintone beware . And the pump sucks , i mean it SUCKS ! so i just open the whole container 🤣

If you don’t already; try shaking the bottle for a few seconds before dispensing the sunscreen. I find that usually helps

I also had acne and it didn't break me out.
The anti pigmentation version has Ascorbyl Glucoside, which is a pretty mild version of vitamin c derivatives, so you could try a more potent derivative.
The main anti pigment ingredients are not only vitamin c (there are 2 types in here) but mainly hexylresorcinol

Hi again;) I heard the sunscreens from Ultrasun are longer lasting then other sunscreens. But I am not sure. Do you know this? Many thanks!
I don't know about this. Where did you get this from? I could look into it.
Reapply every 2 hours no sunscreen lasts longer than that even if they say it does

This is a very good product. Thus is what the uk police are given during the summer months.
Can i use for acne skin
Yes, it's formulated for very sensitive skin. I have acne prone, very comedogenic skin and it works well for me. But i use strong acne creams too.
Yes, totally! I have acne-prone skin as well, and it doesn't trigger my acne :)

Hi, is this the face fluid? Or the cream? And do you know if the face fluids also dont have avobenzone etc.. ;) Many thanks
Hi, their website specifies that none of their products contain avobenzone !
This is the cream. I am trying out the face fluid.
Where do I get this sunscreen in USA?
Has anybody tried the ultra face mist over make up?
Thank you for sharing
Thank you 🙏
Is this good for oily skin? Is it mattiffying?
yes, this is okay for oily skin, but it is not mattifying. It has some shine to it, but won't cause any acne.
Never experienced any breakouts but it's not mattifying
