The very large Level5 skim coating blades work like magic for beginners. I skim coated two rooms, all walls and ceilings, using a roller and a 24 inch. Level5 blade last year and for somebody who never did it before, I am very happy with the results. Thanks to your videos too!

Thank you for the demonstration. It’s unfortunate how many plasterers think it’s ok to either just mud it as is or staple that in-place. It’ll never hold up as screwing into place would!

I recently found your channel, great videos, do you have any videos showing how to fix a inside corner that has cracking paint? When fixing drywall is there any recommendation on what temperature and humidity is best or does it matter?

This is happening in my bathroom by the shower. I got it filled but can’t get the mud to stick to the pointed edge. Any suggestions?
Not sure what you mean by the pointed edge unless you mean the outside corner. What joint compound are you using exactly.
