My 21 month old literally is doing the sameeee thing, it’s so stressful and I don’t know what to do… he’ll eat something one day and when I give it to him again, he won’t. Ugh I feel like the worst mom and I know I’m feeding him healthy things.

What you should try is limiting her options….say you can have chip or cookies and show her only those 2 options and let her choose. That’s what I did with my daughter otherwise we’d spend half the day in front of the fridge and pantry
