I know im randomly asking but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my password. I love any assistance you can give me.
@Clayton Remy i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im in the hacking process now. Takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
It reminds me of the time I had one of the best beers I have ever had which was at a Camp site in the German Black Forest and the site had a beer tap in the middle of a tiled wall and the Site lady said that I had to wait for mein Grosse and mein Klena. Ein Kliena ein Grose. Lovely stuff as good as Bass in its way.
Nice one bud great little build and a few tips, I've got 6 kegs just on 1 regulator and 6way manifold. May upgrade to secondary regulator some time, as all my beers are on the same serving pressure. Cheers
I'm thinking about doing the 3 keg system.. When you daisy chain the gas through the regulators do they run independently ( it doesn't matter if the secondary is higher pressure than the 1st regulator) or do you daisy chain higher pressure to a lower pressure (lager,IPA) +Ale)...hope that makes sense :)..
Can you force carb inside the fridge this way? I'm looking to do something similar to this but worried about the 3/16 line your running through the drain hole being able to handle the higher pressures.
We have had 30 PSI running through 3/16 line no issue. If you are carbing in the fridge my guess is you are going the longer route with lower pressure. Either way it will be no issue.
@@themaltmiller8438 Ah great, I did a quick test earlier and set it to 30 psi but turned the gas off incase anything broke. Pressure held ok with no issues so I've set it all up in the fridge now with the gas on. Thanks for the reply.
Hi. Great video! Your earlier kegerator build using the LEC fridge used 3/16 line for the keg to tap. This one looks like it uses 3/8 line. Is that because you are using the flow control taps so no need to reduce the like flow?
The 3/16 works well to restrict the flow on taps that don't have flow control but also as we have secondary regulators in this one we can dial in the serving PSI even more accurately
@@themaltmiller8438 Hi Guys, I have one of the two way splitter but I seem to have a leak off one of the lines out. It doesn't seem damaged but I definately have a leak. Any thought how best to check if its broken.
What a build as I'm new to this but keen to learn can you point me in the right direction of the parts where to purchase. Are these builds safe to be in a house garage. Im a engineer by trade and would love a go at building one of these. Any advice would be great. Also how do you transfer from a keg from the brewery to these smaller kegs. Cheers Rob
Rob Bryden check out the blog section on our website, we have a how to there with links to parts used. It’s as safe as having a fridge in your house to answer the question 😉
@@alexrocks135 tons of fridge options other than Smeg. I have a regular freeze up top model, I have the freezer set to 30, ran lines up and about 15ft of beer line coiled up in there before passing through wall to taps on the other side. Comes out icy cold
Superb video that helped heaps when setting up my Kegerator in a tall Beko fridge. Great work guys, thank you :-)

@Clayton Remy It worked and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my ass!
@Cayson Brixton glad I could help :)

You could easily fit a tap on a wall and have a fridge under the counter at home
Awesome build mate 👍
Great vid, cheers. can you tell me what the john guest fittings are on the regulator?
Great video! Can you just put a stout spout onto a regular tap?
Yes you can, in most cases!
@@themaltmiller8438 Great! Thanks for the reply.
I’ll be buying one soon then. It’ll make Robs Twisted Stout even better, if possible…

Having the ability to change pressure is really good, well worth the upgrade

If you daisy chain them then they have a pass through which takes the main pressure through to the next regulator.

Am I the only one who sees a SMEG fridge and automatically thinks of the old SciFi show Red Dwarf?
SMEG-Head!!! Every time I pour a beer from it
Can I leave the top inner door (the freezer) open? to make the barrels cooler
Best not to. You will ice up your compressor. It's not meant to handle the extra size and humidity of the fridge, just the icebox
@The Malt Miller any chance you can post the fridge model? Is it a FAB28?
using 3/8 pipe on a short run,do you not get loads of foam
Really depends on everyones individual set up and preferences. We always suggest start longer and trim down until you're happy
Nice build but the door doesnt seem to want to close properly
Ha! The beer and gas lines take a little bit of time to settle. I can confirm that the door is now shut and beer is regularly pouring form this!
are you allowed to buy kegs of beer in the uk? asking because i dont know if i want to brew yet
Yes, you can. You would need some different fittings though to attach a commercial keg

@@themaltmiller8438 thanks. so would you use the 3/16 line on with flow control taps as well?
How leak proof are those John Guest fittings? They just seem too good to be true with how easily they go together!
They are awesome, push fit and gas proof, believe it
They are the best, I shared your very same thoughts....never leaks, super easy to add and to disconnect for cleaning. Relatively cheap too.

Can you comfortably fit 3 19L cornies in there? Would it fit four?
Its tight fit but yes I have 3 x AEB 19L kegs running on it
Great video! What length shanks did you use on this build? I have a Smeg fridge I'm about to attempt the same build on and can't wait to get started.

What size lines are you using for both gas and liquid?
James Rogers 3/8 for both
I got a freebie SMEG a while back and have been meaning to smegerate it for a while. You've inspired me. What length shank do you have on that system?
Alastair Christie it was our extra long shanks, as those doors are pretty thick
That’s ones expensive conversion
Those fridges retail 1k+
Da DANKS worth keeping an eye on eBay, this one cost me £15 😉
Yep... I snagged one for free on eBay
Whattt the heck free and 15 euros ?!?!?!
You guys got hooked up! Those are expensive in California
