  • The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case about a virtual Catholic charter school in Oklahoma. Learn more: adflegal.org/a...
After the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board approved St. Isidore of Seville Virtual Catholic School’s application to become a charter school, Attorney General Gentner Drummond sued the board to cancel the contract.
Alliance Defending Freedom is asking the Supreme Court to uphold the board’s approval decision because parents and children are better off when they have more choices for education, not fewer. St. Isidore welcomes all students, regardless of their religious beliefs. It simply wants to provide an option for parents who would like to choose a high-quality Catholic education for their children.
